I wanted to thank Central Valley Overhead Doors and Tyson Campbell and team for their customer service and professionalism and timely matter in ordering, delivering and the installation of my motors for my doors.If you are looking for a no hassle company to work with I recommend these guys. They were on time, efficient, friendly, courteous. The job looks good, the doors roll up and down perfectly, they even installed some brushes on the outside that look great and hopefully keep the critters out of the workshop.Since the first time I contacted the office the gal that answered was friendly and answered my questions, then told me Tyson would be contacting me, he did, and in a timely manner. He valued my time and i appreciated that. From start to finish I am beyond impressed and will use and recommend you guys to anyone I know. Thank you

I can’t praise installer Juan Velasquez highly enough. The consummate professional. This man is probably the most efficient craftsman it’s been my pleasure to observe. No wasted motion. His work flowed. It took him just 2 1/2 hours to replace my roll up door and motor. I managed a telecommunications construction crew for 15 years and if I could have gotten my splicers to be 60% as efficient as Juan I’d have been thrilled. Friendly, polite, respectful. Thanks Juan. Thomas Patterson came to check the motor in my garage door that someone eles put in from another company. I can not say who, lets just say, that that company is beyond horrible and Thomas was amazing! He took the time to explain what that person did and fixed the issue. I now feel safe and secure. Central Valley Overhead Door did an excellent job installing a new garage door and Liftmaster 8500W opener. Highly recommend.

Bad install.. the installer made a mistake, they did not cut a bracket during installation which punctured the top panel on the door. unfortunately, the warranty was in-valid by the time I noticed their mistake, they offered me a “discounted” rate to replace the panel at $497... or, give me a 10% off “discount” ($70) to send a worker out to saw off the piece they didn’t cut off in the first place, the house is about 2 years old.. totally unacceptable.

As a property manager, finding vendors with great service from start to finish of a project is a must. Central Valley Overhead Door has always been great to work with. They are pleasant to schedule with, follow extra instruction, provide excellent service with reasonable price. Id definitely recommend them to others.

They installed my garage door. It came out perfect. Exceeded my expectations. Did a much better job then whoever installed my last door.
