Best customer service this weekend! I got a ring as a gift for Christmas and ran into complications trying to exchange it for the right size so I gave the store a call and Nora was so understanding and helpful! She told me to come in that day since it was already far past the return policy date so I could get the right size and Nicole was so kind as to bring me the new ring as I was waiting in the long line of shoppers so that I wouldnt have to sit there for an hour. These girls were so kind and provided me the best experience! Thank you Nora and Nicole!

Very rude customer service, just asked for a bag because I made a big purchase online and it was a gift and they did not provide me with a bag, the girl gave me attitude right away saying we don’t give free bags if you didn’t purchase here. Very rude. I did purchase from pandora, of the bags are not free I would of gladly bought one. Not coming back

The sales associate (jocelyn) was so sweet, friendly, helpful and patient. They barbacide all of the jewelry that gets tried on to ensure sanitary practices. And, they keep the store at a reduced capacity, which is nice, considering the pandemic.

Two of the ladies were very rude when I walked in to get assistance with a faulty ring. They treated me as if I was not important and only inconveniencing them. I have had a previous encounter with one of those ladies and she is awful!
