Love the fact that all the staff were wearing mask super Covid-19 complaint. As for the staff member helping me and my partner Tony Aguilar he was super friendly and super helpful. He took the measurements to take my necklace and pendant in to get it cleaned looked super great after. My partner had questions about buying silver coins and he was really informative with guiding her to get the best and right silver coins. I am only rating based on the customer service. These ladies are so unorganized when it comes to questions. All I wanted was to know how much a resize on a ring would cost, a ring I bought from your store 2 days ago, and they act like the question is trigonometry. Can I get a ring size changed? Waited 10 minutes for an answer. Mind you, I there was only 2 customers in the store, me and someone else. The question only required a yes or no answer.

Horrible store. I went in a year and a half ago spent more than 1.3K in coins they assured me had numismatic value and would serve as a good hedge against inflation. I then go in earlier this week only to be offered less than 35% of what I spent. I bought a Carson city Morgan in a GSA plus case and paperwork for $250 it still had the barcode they used to sell it and they offered me $160... this is the reason I will never buy gold or silver coins again. The hobby is dying off because of shops like this that when times get hard they low ball people in need. I only bought from this place and they told me they buy based off of eBay lowest sold price... this is how you treat loyal customers? Since then I sold my coins on eBay for far more than they offered. I now only invest in bitcoin and have recovered my losses. Never again. Keep in mind spot price was with the purchase price a year ago within cents of current spot price and they still offered less than 35%. What really got me was they offered me $160 for my GSA cc Morgan but showcased one for sale for over $600 same year same grade.... I couldn’t believe they 1 lied to me about retaining value and 2 lowballed me so bad so as to maximize profit for them. During the pandemic when people need the money this is absolutely unacceptable. Greatest customer service @ Fresno Coin from Kenya. I barely remember date my loan interest due to stressful conditions dueto pandemic, and Kendra took extra time just to listen to how this has affected me. These days very hard to find genuine people like her 😅.

The employees at the coin gallary are very knowledgeable and courteous. I trust the coin gallary with my jewelry and knowing that they will give me a fair price on my loans. I especially appreciate that they photograph items so that if it is ever stolen the police have somewhere to go for a description and a picture of your jewelry.

This place is a rip off. Just sell your gold and silver to JM Bullion. You’ll get 15-25% more. No youre not you paid me just over $25 for Silver Eagles that I could have sold to JM bullion for $32 a coin. I did not know at the time that it was an option. You ripped me off.

Took 4 Louie Vuitton items in to be looked at (ALL AUTHENTIC), I knew going in I wasnt going to get dollar for dollar what I paid for but when they took my items back to be looked at, researched and priced then came and told me what they would give me, it was laughable only because I know they would send them to their sister company Scepter and Sash and sell for double or even triple what they wanted togive me. I took my items and left. Ill gladly sell on my own for MY price.

I had started taking one of my rings here to get it cleaned probably beginning of this year and have come back since. I trust this place. My grandmother told me she took her mothers ring to a jewelry store in Madera ( I wont mention which one ) for a stone replacement and they were going to charge her $300, I had to bring her to Fresno Coin Gallery.Sure enough, they let us know that her ring was not repairable. ( too much to mention ) Cheryl brought over another girl to explain this to my grandmother in Spanish, which I appreciated. We ended up finding a replacement ring for her and another Coach purse for me :). The purses are great! The jewelry is on point, my watches have been fixed there too. Great selection of items through out the show room. I went in to look at watches to add to my collection. Waited for about 15 mins and no one helped me. Seems to be a lot of younger people working here which I dont have a problem with but I did have multiple workers look at me next to the watches but didnt offer to help me. Not sure if it because I am a younger guy but I wanted to a buy a Rolex they had in the counter which I know seems odd for my age. They definitely lost a sale today and I shall go elsewhere to spend money.

If i had to option to give zero stars i would. There are better coin dealer out there but this one is not one of them.

Great store they seem to have every coin there is,at least to me. I just started collecting and love to go there but the thing that bothers me is that they treat me like Im not worth their time.I dont go in there and spend 100s of dollars at a time nor have I sold any jewelry or coins to them so they can profit but over the last 6 months Ive probably spent around 400.00 I dont want to be treated special but my business had better be appreciated and I dont think that they do .I would go there more but I just dont like that feeling that their doing me a favor by letting me in the door so I can waste their time on a 10 or 20 dollar purchase

Not always the fastest place to buy things but decent prices. And sorry they dont pay a lot for used. Jewelry is a rip off. Always good to check spot price before you go for rounds. Sometimes better to buy off line because of sales tax. Most online need $100 minum purchase to cover shipping.

Always gave me a fair price on a loan when I needed it the most. Took very good care of my cherished items and explained every thing I did not understand and really took time with me on several occasions when I was in a pinch. I highly recommend them for honesty and accountability.

I went in with with three handbags in excellent condition. 2 MK and 1 Lucky Brand. They said they pay on condition of the bag. She goes and talks to manager and offers me 50.00 for both of MK which value 600.00 and was interested in Lucky Bag! I was insulted! One was brand new and one was bought end of February. Used to have the greatest service. At one time highly professional. Today I was treated like I was at the DMV. After being a customer for 8 years and driving all the way from Visalia I dont think Ill return again. Very sad.

They rip people off. I brought in a box of sterling silverware. They offered me 10 bucks for the whole set. And it was a large set. I left angry. Went to another pawn shop and got $400 dollars for the whole thing. Dumb punk kid thought he could rip me off. And to find out all the 4 and 5 star reviews are from their family and friends. They are schemers. And theyve been doing it for yrs.

If I could rate negative stars I would. Every single time I go into this place some young punk, know it all, Ive been doing this for 6 years and can tell me my diamond isnt a diamond without using a jewelers loop or a diamond tester insults my intelligence. Sad thing is management condones this behavior. I still have a couple of loans that I pay the interest on. If I can ever pay these loans off I will never, ever step foot in this business ever again!

Only fair place to buy and sell gold/silver in Fresno that Im aware of. Someone below called them low ballers. They pay spot. Nothing low ball about that. Find anywhere in Fresno that does that including eBay. I dont work for them.

If you have gold to sell, don’t go here. Go to NW corner of First and Tulare ave. The travel agent place in the same strip as uncle toms. The guy in there will always beat everyone else’s price per gram. The best by far. As for the coin gallery... it’s mostly sketchy. The truth is what you get for your items depends greatly on who you get to help you. One day I was offered $100 for a gold chain (and turned it down), only to find myself back there the next day and a different worker offered me $180. Some people in there are actually pleasant to do business with. Others are shady, a few are straight up despicable.

They pay by weight just the same as every other pawn shop...if your going to get paid by weight Deans is a better pay out. But i take mine to private buyer, pays way more than any pawnshop

They sold me a louis purse that was not authentic in the least bit. And when I bought I believe I got a 100 discount from what you could buy in store. This purse was so fake it cracked material blistered and they tried to say it was me now let me tell you I have other louis and not one has ever done a NY of these. The stamp on handle dias p eared, the brass faded, it cracked. Even the store its ld a a Id it was a fake. I still have my first d & b purse brass did not fade. Coach Calvin Klein brass does not fade paid 1500 for a fake and they woukdnt d o anything about, so honestly by from the store the 200 discount u s nt worth it. So disappointed,

The reviews are TRUE. Awful customer service! The security guards provided more customer service than the actual employees! I called ahead to see if they had any Louis Vuitton backpacks for sale. I was put on hold for 7 minutes so the gal could go check. Another gal got on the phone and asked me what she could help me with...I told her that another gal was checking on a backpack for me. She put me on hold again for another 5 min. Finally she told me that they had one backpack. Idk why it took so long? Um the place isn’t that big...So I finally get to the store. I went straight to the Louis section and looked around for employees to help me. Nobody greeted me besides the security guard. There were two guys sitting in the back of the store doing nothing, just looking around (They were two white guys wearing black shirts, they were not security guards, they were employees). I made eye contact with one of them figuring that he would walk over to me and help me. Welp he didn’t! I wish I could get paid to sit around and do nothing! HA! I stood around like an idiot for 7minutes and then I just walked out. I told the security guard on the way out thank you but they just lost my business! It would’ve been a different scenario if I walked in and one of the employees told me “I’ll be right with you” but NOBODY did. I am a very successful woman and was not about to wait around like a dummy. Time is money, I’m sure the owner is aware of this too. I was prepared to buy a Louis Vuitton backpack...cash in hand....and because nobody acknowledged me for 7 minutes, I left. I will NEVER come back here and neither should anyone else. Horrible customer service and they will waste your time.***If the owner would like to call me and make this right. Please message me. I am horrified the way this business is ran.

Quality Gold coins only negative comment I have is the salesperson neglected to mention if you purchase $1500 or more in gold you need not pay sales tax. I purchased a 1 oz. coin and if I would have been informed during my visit I would have purchased another at that time, not only saving me some of my hard earned money but they would have made another $1250 too.

Asked how much they buy AG by the troy ounce and I was told $10 dollars a once.Today is April 21, 2018 and the ask market price is $17.18. That mean they would have underbid by $7.18.Who are the main people saleing them thir silver- meth and crackheads.
