Always very friendly workers. You will usually get greeeted as you walk in. Always great prices and a great selection of various groceries. I havent seen any issues with this establishment and we have been going here for years.

The staff was really kind with me and helpful with checking prices on items that had no tag. I gave only 4 stars because they had a great deal on name brand yogurt but expiration was almost up and we would not eat it all that fast. It would be nice to have an ad anounce if a name brand was on sale so I could catch it sooner before expiration date. Other than that I will visit again. Clean and friendly great bargins.

Very clean & organized. Nice staff, some deals here & there..i would give a five star rating but they continue to keep their bathrooms closed! Its such a hassle to shop & be rushed because you have find a bathroom somewhere else!!! It turns out to be a terrible shopping experience 😔

In love the location of the store and the stillness of it when I enter it. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The stock arrangement of items on the shelves is an overcompulsive organizers dream. Love it. Every item is age appropriate in appearance and I like that assurance when shopping at warehouse markets.. keep up the good work guys.

They did have what I wanted at very reasonable prices. Best of all was the sign on the door saying that a mask wasnt necessary if youd been vaccinated. Its been a long time since I was able to go into a public establishment unmasked.

Clean store produce is ok. But there was some old stuff on the shelf. Nasty wine ever buy produce here but the store is clean and employees are helpful.

I usually shop this specific Grocery Outlet for the cleanness, customer service and the deals. I was very disappointed with this recent visit. The customer service was terrible. I went in to buy some potatoes, found a good deal on 5lb bag. when the cashier scanned it, was not the correct price as advertised. Cashier informed me I grabbed the wrong bag. I asked if someone can help me buy grabbing me the correct one, cashier said, NOPE! I understand he was the only cashier and there was a huge line, but he could of been a little more polite. Did not ask me if I had my own bags and just stuffed my groceries into the store bag.☹

I dont go to this particular location all too often, but when i do - its clean, well organized, smiling employees who greet you on passing...just what you should expect.

Thought it was cool how they had a wine chart to show what to eat with which types of wine. Also like the selection of craft beer. The store seems like it has much better prices compared to any other store around the area. Service wasnt bad, there were people in the store asking us for change if that bothers anyone, we didnt mind much.

This is the first Grocery Outlet Ive been in my life, and it doesnt disappoint.Its very clean and organized. I could be small compare to other store but it has all I need. The prices are great too. Line is never long and staff are very friendly.

This is my place. I go here so often Cathy and Yazmin know who I am. I love the deals and the selection of organic items. I love that they carry humboldt products because frankly thats the best milk there is and Ive seen first hand how those cows are raised. They do not separate the cows from their mothers they are truly cage free organic and hormone free. Sometimes. . Actually the deals are so good I buy more than I need but I can get four-hundred dollars worth of food for about 187.... I get a lot of my organic natural soaps here as well. They also carry Dr bronners soap! There are so many good deals here you just have to stop by and check it out for yourself. I even got my mom shopping here! Oh and they have great deals on great wine and beer!

Clean, Friendly, I like the bargins...

My shopping experience here was TERRIBLE! I will never voluntarily shop here again. The staff was rude and treated me like I was a thief in their store. The employees wouldnt stop lurking around every aisle and I caught them spying on me through the other side of an aisle, (using the low inventory spaces as a peephole! It was humiliating and insulting!

I was there last Tuesday and they made me pack my own groceries and before I could complete packing they started checking out the person behind me. Im 72 and disabled and this is the last time I will go to this store.

This is my favorite Grocery Outlet. The employees have always been friendly and ask if any help is needed. The shelves are stocked and organized.

They have some problems because theyre on a bad ish side of town, but I appreciate them. Thanks guys

I love this location. Best one in the entire Fresno County, that includes Clovis, in my opinion. Dont take my word for it, go yourself. I think it being small is much better, makes trips much faster and not trying to hunt things down in a large store like usual IS A BLESSING. Its always CLEAN always ORGANIZED with friendly employees.Open earlier that almost all other places in the area, 7 am on weekdays. Making a quick stop on your may to work is great and a breeze, or to grab something during your lunch.Pro TIP- I suggest going closer to 11am to try and beat noon lunch time rush (people cars etc.) in downtown.

Went there just to pick up some chicken thighs. They just received the delivery truck. While I was getting into my vehicle. The truck driver hit the security light while backing up to the building. I left and returned. The owner of the store wasnt notified about the accident. So, kindness of her heart she gave me a 3.00 off my purchase. Thank you. I would recommend this local downtown store.

This was within walking distance of my hotel, I love this store. This one had all of the good items at the great prices I always expect from the bargain market. They were open later than other stores on Christmas Eve so that was a plus.

I love my local grocery outlet. They have a wide selection of unique finds that are high quality product for a fraction of the cost. The store is always clean and well stocked. It reminds me of a whole foods or Trader Joes but very affordable.

Very nice and clean. Great variety of items and produce. I got some very nice avocados and the chips with the donkey on the package. Only thing I did not find was iced tea.

The service here is great. The staff is so helpful.

I wish I could say I had a good experience, but I wasn’t even allowed inside the store because I had my bike with me. Hate to say it but there’s no way I’m locking any bike outside in this part of town.

By far one of the best locations of the grocery outlet chains. They offer great and friendly customer service. The produce is always fresh as well as the low low prices. I really like the store, it is an inconvenient place in the downtown Fresno area right out of Highway 41. It does have a different layout but it is really nice inside and always clean.

Wonderful place to find some good deals on common and new grocery items. The staff was extremely helpful as well when my grandmother left her walking cane inside the store. She didnt notice this until wed already made it out to our vehicle. So naturally I decided to walk back inside to retrieve it but they had already found it and placed it by the main check stand so it was given back to me as soon as I asked about it. That level of customer service seriously impressed me because its not seen very often.

The store has its good and bad qualities. It is a good place to find a bargain for food and sundry grocery items. It is well kept and clean. The biggest issue is its small size. Otherwise, it is worth a visit if you are in the area and need a quick grocery item for purchase. ADDED— 2/15/20 Added commentary: I visited this location on 2/14/20. Talk about ADDING INSULT TO INJURY: being their with a lady acquaintance— one of early evening staff had the audacity to brazenly ogle the women customers (check them out, if you will). In an era of me-2 misbehavior, this type of behavior is totally unacceptable. Beware-

Fantastic small food market with the basics and some specialty items. I purchased primarily organic produce. Clean facility with courteous employees. Parking was plentiful however I attended on Saturday at 9:30 am.

Great prices name brands

I can’t say enough good about the grocery outlet. They have so many organic foods for about half the price. They have wonderful Horizon organic milk. They have high-quality items in their beauty section for again about 50% off. I love this store for it’s food and nonfood items.

This store has chosen to engage treating its poorer customers as chattel. Not only do they wish to not engage the community, but are selectively catering to those who must commute into downtown for their jobs. If you truly wished to engage downtown Fresno, walk your talk. Dont get me completely wrong, they will not turn you away. However if store advertises lower prices---it should give everyone a fair shake.

This is by far the best Grocery Outlet! They always have alot of good deals going on. The store is clean and well organized. The staff is always very friendly and polite. Theyre always getting new items in so its kind of like a treasure hunt. They seem to carry more organic and health food items than the other stores. I find Whole Food items here for a fraction of the price.
