I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. This place is amazing! The selection is ENORMOUS and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. We will be repeat customers for years to come.

I ordered $2,000 worth of ceiling fans + installation on May 1. Its May 25 and I still havent received the fans. Ive called 4 times. The first 2 times they assured me my fans would be delivered on May 21 and 22. When the fans did not arrive as promised, I called again on May 24. The first call they just hung up on me. On the second call they told me FedEx was experiencing a 2-4 day delay in shipping, and to just wait 4 more days. However, theres no indication the fans ever actually shipped. Their own website shows the order is still Being processed, not Shipped. They cannot provide a tracking number, and FedEx has no record that any packages are scheduled to be delivered to my address. So Lamps Plus has had $2,000 of my money for more than 3 weeks, theyve delivered NOTHING, and theyve repeatedly LIED to me about the status of my order. I will NEVER purchase anything from them that I cant walk out of the store with.

Worst shopping experience ever. Delay after delay and poor communication. Watch your statements as they use Handy for installation and had to pay twice the cost of install and now have to wait over six weeks for refund by check no less due to their error. So many hours on the phone being bounced back and forth between Handy and Lamps Plus.

Walked in no attendants available the one who came up to me was rude after I told him I wanted lighting fixtures that weren’t on floor and could he order them he said he could not help me. So we left not helpful at all I had a large order of 4 chandeliers and 3 wall sconces. Their loss

I love this place even just to walk around and appreciate all the nice things they have and that I would definitely love to take home with me. The only thing that I didn’t like is that every time that we’ve gone and needed help to move the item that we have purchased, there wasn’t anyone available to assist us so we had to handle it ourselves. But other than that everything is very nice.

Very nice store. This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised. The store is full of selection. They even have some decor items. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish I had come sooner. It’s not in a major retail area it’s off the beaten path or what I would consider for this type of store.

Beware when ordering anything at this store. Associate Clifford Archer sneaks unauthorized items onto your order, then lies about it and store manager Anina Morris lies to defend him with absurd excuses, states she will cancel order so it can be reordered correctly, then does NOTHING! I love Lamps Plus, they have excellent quality at a reasonable price. If they dont have what you want in stock at the store, order it yourself, or who knows what extras you will be charged for and receive. Fortunately they have excellent customer service associates who know how to take care of and save (probably from a lot of practice caused by these two) customers.

This place is pretty cool, if you need lights for your house or looking for something super special for the dining room this is where you want to go. They have a website that is pretty sweet too. If youre a home-owner DIYer this is the kind of place you like to just walk around and look look look at the possibilities.

The people are friendly and helpful. The prices are great for what you get. Although I had to warranty two items due to inferior quality. But worth it considering the price I paid and what I ended up with after warranty replacement. If I hadnt had to warranty two items it would be a 5 star. I will use them anytime I can because Im a bargain hunter.

Horrible customer service by the district manager horrible customer service by JACOB,WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN, stay away from these people, maybe Corp doesn’t know what type of people they hired, the talk to you like you a dumb person and they do not know anything about the product, and when you need to return something they get upset and ask you 100 questions like if you did something wrong . Simply put the product was defective from the manufacture. And they claim that it was homeowner error.

I got my lamps here a few years ago and they still beautiful. Good quality lamps.
