The employees here are trained in horrendous customer service. They are HORRIBLE!!! My wife purchased an item online and I tried to return it in the store. The employee refused to accept the item for return because it was ordered online. I showed her the Windsor return policy that allows return of online orders. But she still refused. In the process, she was needlessly rude and curt. FREE ADVICE: when explaining yourself to the customer, you can do so in a friendly manner. You dont have to act as if the world is trying to cheat you. Perhaps this was just her normal personality. If so, she should not be on the store front helping customers. I will never go back to Windsor. Horrible.

I love shopping here! Not only did I purchase a bridesmaid gown for $250 here for my sisters wedding, but I bought an everyday black dress as well. I love that there are so many options here clothes-wise. The prices vary from $20 to $500. People can find anything they need for the price they want. They also sale accessories such as jewelry, purses, and undergarments.

I’ve shopped here a handful of times. You can find some very cute dresses! Ever since i lost weight and have a smaller tummy I can finally wear these sexy but classy dresses!. I will be shopping here often!! Happy customer!

I have always enjoyed shopping here but I recently had a bad experience with a worker. She consistently followed me around the store and kept asking me if I wanted the items in my hand placed on the counter, after I said no, I was fine (4 TIMES!!) she persisted on asking again, this time taking the items from my hand. Disappointed that this occurred, it ruined my mood and experience.

The other day my girlfriend and I went in to the store so she could find a dress that would suit her well for my cousins wedding. My girlfriend was having such a difficult time acquiring the perfect dress, when a young nice lady, named Victoria Ontiveros, helped her find the perfect dress that made my girlfriend look flawless. I recommend that if anyone needs help finding the perfect dress, out of the various selections they have in this Windsor, to look for Victoria. My girlfriend is very picky and tends to take a long time searching for the perfect dress to wear, but thankfully Victoria was there and able to help out my girlfriend attain the dress she was looking for. My girlfriend left with a beautiful dress and was extremely satisfied with her purchase.

The overall attitude here was unacceptable! The females that helped us were rude except for the young lady that was at the register.I informed the floor staff she needed to find other employment if she was going to treat paying customers the way that she did. She was rude to myself and my daughter. She refused to take a dress off the manikin that was the only one left in my daughters size, then upon exiting the dressing room she snatched the dresses out of my daughters hand slammed the hanger onto the rack and slid them over forcefully- as she her eyes at us.When shopping for a prom dress for my daughter-we spent a high amount there; as do many other customers that are in there for the same reasons. When you have people spending from $250-$500, the least you could do is provide them with good customer service (being they pay your salary) and if you cant -find another job! We will not be returning here in the future! Windsor was lucky they got our $248 purchase. I would not recommend them for the simple fact of how rude the staff was and how unwilling they were to help. The dresses are OK, but you can find better service & quality somewhere else !

They sell beautiful dress from formal to casual in all size xs-3×. There prices are affordable.

Other than glitter being all over the floors of the dressing rooms from all the dresses, this is one of the more organized Windsors I have been to.

I got four prom dresses here, all for $10 each. Sometimes they have a $10 rack, and if you look year round and arent toooo picky, youll find an amazing dress thats normally like $100 for just $10. Cant beat that

This store is just disgusting. Went in looking for a dress to wear to an event, and beyond the racks being completely overfilled with items that are all mismatched and untagged, the store itself is what Id expect from a discount store on Blackstone. Clothes all over the floor, weird smell throughout, floors filthy, dressing room was a mess... just not appropriate. Never had any interaction with the staff, and we were in there for about 30 minutes.

Customer service is horrible. There alot of socializing and never work done. The asian lady Monica never helped me, when she literally told me if I needed any help to ask her. I asked for help, she never returned to me for my dress and was left waiting for nothing. Wouldnt recommend this place.

I tried to post this review on their site and I was not able to! I ordered something online two and a half weeks ago! For $5.99 shipping, it should not take nine business days for this store just to SHIP this order. I am very unhappy with this. I ordered an item on January 6th, sent an email about tracking/shipping info on the 8th and didnt receive an email response until the 20th. Today is the 22nd and I still have yet to receive this item. Horrible service! Hope what I ordred is worth it.
