Very friendly and helpful Staff and a huge selection of hardwood and everything else wood.

Very helpful & kind staff. They didnt make me feel rushed while me & my dad picked out some Rustic Alder boards for my desktop project. They even helped us load them onto our Trail Blazer. Their lumber is reasonably priced, too. Compared to what online prices are these days. Buying locally is always the way to go! Thank you~ My only regret is not coming in earlier than planned to get the boards planned & cut for me. The fee wasnt terrible, but it would of saved me & my dad a lot of time...

This was my very first time in a hardwoods store anywhere and while I cannot compare to other hardwood dealers I do know when I have received good customer service. I let them know I’m a noob and asked if I could just wander and look around. I was invited to wander at my leisure and just holler if I needed assistance. The guy in the warehouse (sorry, I didn’t retain names since I was doing the kid in a candy store thing) was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions, dumb or otherwise. I specifically needed Red Oak plywood which I got and I also picked up a nice 5/4 walnut board that I could not live without. I intend to return soon for something of a lighter color because, well, because they have a lot and I’ll perish without some.

Fantastic shop, they were patient with me while I picked through for the perfect board. We will be return customers!

I went in for a small amount of wood and they were extremely helpful, they even took the time to explain measurements. They know their stock well and walked me around to look at each type of wood I asked for and answered every question. Unfortunately I didnt find what I needed but they offered to order it from their warehouse. For such a small amount of wood I needed, I was surprised the lengths they would go to to make sure I got what I wanted. With service like that you know they value their customers, I will definitely be returning in the future.

My first time there staff showed me around the warehouse and explained their ordering system for moldings off the chart and displayed. Also explained ordering out of the warehouse and delivery of my order. Will repeat business with this company.

Didn’t seem to want the business told me to wait in the car and they would bring out what I want I couldn’t browse there selection didn’t feel welcome at all very disappointed.
