Very happy with my in-store pick up order. There was only one female employee working by herself at customer service, but she was a superstar. She was multitasking, answering questions, and fulfilling pick up orders and returns. She helped me immediately. The other employee who helped put the order in my car was also nice. I was out of the store in five minutes!

Stopped at the Home Depot to buy all the tools and parts we needed for our first home pipe replacement job. We ran into Todd when looking for things and we were so glad. He was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on the subject. It made us feel really good about starting our home project. Honestly, this was probably the best Home Depot experience we’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be looking for him again next time.

This place has been the worse experience Ive ever had Ive ordered screen door and the door 6 months ago Ive talked to the corporate and corporate put a rush on the job to get it installed. A construction company by the name of design craft construction call to install the door call them back and they never answer the phone. I called Home Depot to confirm the installation date and I was put on hold time and time again Ive already paid full price for the doors paid in full and the service Im getting is terrible absolutely terrible I will never ever shot with this particular Home Depot again.

It was just as I expected. I didnt find the nice guy until the end of my long searching. It took me twice as long as it should have. They didnt carry the Dupont window flextape I was looking for, so I had to go to competitors store after. My cashier was nice, but he didnt realize that the aisle past his church out was blocked by a scooter, so we had to walk all the way around to exit.

PLEASE- whatever you do, DO NOT buy carpet from Home Depot. My husband and I have been scammed by them and their contractors and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Managers have no idea what’s going on and it has been three weeks now with no carpet (that we paid for but no one is doing anything to get it delivered to our house). I have a friend who is a realtor who has also had the same situation happen to her like this, TWICE. This location will act as though they want to help you, but no one ever knows what’s going on or cares to actually help. Seriously. Go somewhere else for carpet.

Always able to find just what I need!! I grew up going to Menards, and somehow still never knew quite where to find what I needed because the store layout is much less customer friendly. The signage in Home Depot makes it so much easier to know where items I need can be found, and there is always an employee nearby if I need any assistance.

Picked up an adjustable work bench today and didnt expect it to be completely assembled. Rolled it out to my Rogue thinking it was going to be a job getting it into the back of the vehicle. Came out and unloaded my truck right at 9 and was done in less than an hour. Very professional gentleman that ran the forklift. The receiver that answered when i called was polite as well. Will definitely enjoy coming back here because of the receiving staff.

I ordered product online that was to be delivered from the Fridley location two weeks later. I cleared my schedule for the day to make sure I was present for delivery since I had ordered a lot of product. At 8pm, no delivery ever came. I got on the phone and was directed to the Fridley store where I was basically told whoops, we forgot. They were allegedly going to deliver the follow day. By lunch time the following day, nothing arrived. I looked at my online account and my order delivery rescheduled for Wednesday, which is now 5 days after they were supposed to deliver. No one called me. I had to find out by looking online myself. I called the store back and asked for a more specific delivery window and not just at some point during the day, given the delivery would now be five days late. Nope. No more specific delivery window. No offer to waive the delivery fee. I contacted the corporate customer service and was told that the delivery fee would be waived, but it had to be done at the store level, so the Fridley location would be calling me the take care of that. It is now two months later and I am still waiting for the call. I hope it was worth it because I will never be a Home Depot customer again.

Ive been coming here for years now. In the past Ive always had good experience with staff that was extremely helpful. But lately this current staff they have now have been extremely impolite. They get extremely mad if you ask them for help and they get extremely mad when you try to get their intention when trying to buy a washing machine/dryer or freezer/refrigerator...Their call service will hang up on you immediately. Turns out the person in the call was a Asian staff guy. When I got mad and went to see them in person he have the guts to come to my face and say SORRY that his service phone hung up on me not once but three times. Then their service desk up front for return service is just absolutely horrible. When they get stuck on certain thing they absolutely would not call the service manager to deal with the issue, as if their so scare of the Manager. I found out that the service manager is MIKE LONG...I blame MIKE LONG for such a terrible service crew recently. Just absolutely terrible and frustrating.

I love Home Depot for my tools and consumables. Every store is exceptional, employees are very knowledgeable of their departments. This store stands out the best to me. Went in looking for a specific item, app said 11 in stock. Asked an associate, they stopped what they were doing went and looked. Couldnt find it, so they helped with out with getting me a comparable item with a small discount. Thank you Johnny for going above and beyond. Home Depot has really stepped up to compete with online retailers. You can shop online and either have the items shipped to you in 2 days or go to the store after a couple hours and just pick your order up. They will pull everything for you and have it ready. You pay online so there is no waiting to checkout.Overall quality of the products is good and prices are competitive.

My wife and I were at the depot at northtown on 09/05/2020, to get some supplies, but were treated AWFULLY!!! 2 employees were actually right by where we were looking, BSing, but scattered when we came near! We had decided to BOYCOTT the company, but it turned out, I needed more stuff (and wanted it to match), so I stopped at the Fridley store by 694. It turned out the isle I needed was closed, but Samaryn was nearby, and I asked her about it. She went in and got what I needed! Then directed me exactly where to find the rest of what I needed! There was also another girl that was VERY helpful, but I didnt get her name. SAMARYN, YOU ARE AWESOME!!! You stopped a personal boycott, and got me to simply switch stores! 👍👍 for Samaryn!!! Oh, did I mention, awesome girls name is Samaryn! 😁

They almost always have what I need, the staff is friendly, and the store is clean. Their curbside pickup could use a little more urgency though. Often end up waiting 10-15+ minutes for my items after Ive alerted them Ive arrived. While I understand volume is up because of the pandemic other big box stores, like Target, have dedicated runners specifically for their curbside pickup service and they keep their wait times to a minimum; usually sub 7 minutes. Id like to see Home Depot get there.Also, if you have automatic lift in the hatch of your car be sure to let them know when theyre loading your items. Twice now HD staff have tried to forcibly close the hatch on my car when I already initiated the automatic lift to close it.

Me and my husband went in to redeem gift cards we received from 11% rebate. Upon checkout we find out all 3 gift cards had a 0 balance? Very embarrassing and disappointed that they were mailed out as they were. I was directed to call customer service when we got home and I did that period upon talking to a customer service rep he was unable to help me because it was my husband on the account but I had all the information disappointed again.

Do not buy appliances from homedepot, learned my lesson the hard way, bought a new washer & dryer, they were delivered out and installed right off the bat the dryer was defective, tried from day 1 to get it replaced, they ran me through hoops and then said I was outside my 48 hour window for return even though I have a ticket showing I called in on the installation date to report issue and wanted it replaced, DUE to their whole process of me having to call this number talk to these people then they telling me to call another one then the store then a CSM at the store. After all that they said I only have the manufacture to go through now, and they cant replace the unit for 51 days due to a back order, in the mean time I dont have a dryer and I have to wait 2 months to get a new dryer when I purchased a new dryer..DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT EVER!

Not only did it take 5 times longer, they couldnt count correctly and charged me for 9 of an item rather than 8. Then I get home and find an item missing which may have been placed on the counter as he was trying to scan.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was our third attempt at getting our oven we ordered delivered. We have been trying for months now, no joke. They always send us confirmation emails and then on the day off, say something went wrong and they offer to refund us or postpone it again. Today we had another confirmation email plus voicemail that it would delivered today between 12:30-4:30pm. We took the day off of work to be there as requested. Then at 4, nothing. I called the store to verify everything was still on track and they assured me it was. At 4:22pm they called and cancelled. Just said sorry your delivery is now re-routed to Saturday (Which I work again, and would have to take off again.) If we don’t take work off to get it delivered they said it won’t be until way later in the month otherwise ? They do not value people or their time. I spoke with both Amy and Christine at the Fridley store. No offer to reimburse for the delivery fee’s or give any sort of credit for our troubles, being this is the THIRD time we have been through this at this address. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM!!

I went to the Home Depot to buy some paint for my bedroom walls, and some enamels for painting a chest of drawers and nightstand. I had brought a sample to attempt to match it. The young man in the paint department was fairly new, and very nervous. Since I have grandsons around his age, I know how difficult it can be to step into a new job and feel confident. What the young man lacked in experience, he made up in his attempt to assist me. I was not being easy to please with the paint color for the walls. This turquoise was too blue, this one too green. The grays werent silver-enough gray. He was very patient, and when I had a question he wasnt certain about, he went to ask a colleague, bringing back the answer. Other than having a retired pro painter, I dont think I could have gotten better help! Left the store completely happy about my turquoise and silver gray paints for the bedroom.

Ordered a gas stove & a microwave on 12-15-20 after shopping at several different stores. I finally settled on using this location because the sales women was extremely friendly compared to other home improvement stores. I was told that my installation would be on 1-31-20 from 11am-3pm which worked out perfect because I only have Thursdays & Fridays off due to Covid-19. Managing a restaurant during this pandemic doesnt leave you with many install dates so I pushed it out to accommodate. Today 12-26-20 I receive a call from the company that I thought was installing (called Linnstar) apparently they have to call customers with Home Depot to inform them that because I live in Minneapolis Id need to have a plumber coming out after the they deliver the appliances an the soonest they can be out is the following Monday 1-02-20. That was the first time anyone gave me that information. So now Im going to have a stove we cant even use or make sure even works until a different person hooks it up? They cant even get ahold of the plumber to see if they could come on one of my days off. Whats the point of using Home Depot for installation if they dont even give customers the correct information. Why did they wait 11 days to inform me of this? I would have never purchased these items if I knew it was going to take two separate appointments on two separate days. So now we are withouyt a stove for even longer now due to Home Depot not training staff properly on scheduling installations. This will defiantly be the last thing I purchase from these folks. Im actually considering cancelling the whole order now to find a place that can actually do the job they say when they say they can do it without a million phone calls. Its unfortunate that theyd mislead customers but in this case they did. So my recommendation is just go somewhere else when buying appliances because Home Depot is way too much of a hassleSo to update everyone on the situation. After working with the GM (Chris, whos doing what he can) ends up helping me just cancel the whole order. The day of the delivery the drivers didnt listen to my instructions about the snowplowing and got stuck at the end out my alley. The driver called me several times very rudely refusing ideas on how to get the stuff I ordered into my house. I never ended up receiving my stuff because the installers just left. Plumber never showed up either so I wouldnt have mattered. So we got to the refund, apparently they have to refund the card the purchase was originally done on. Problem is it was a credit card with that balance was already paid since I was ordered weeks ago. So they tell me Thursday 12-31-20 they are going to cut a check that takes 14 days to process. Fine, just make the customer wait another two weeks for their money. So now this will be a month long process with nothing to show but wasted time. Then to make matter worse I get a call from the guy named Michael (the guys who does the refund/credit processing) along with the GM with more bad news. I get this call on Saturday (1-2-21) saying they refunded my card, which I check and dont see because I cant do a positive amount on my credit card anyhow. So now they need to charge my card the same amount yet again to issue the paper check after I was told by several people in management at Home Depot they could do. So now I have to wait even longer now to get my refund. All because a sales person didnt tell important information, then rude & unprepared delivery drivers couldnt actually deliver the items. Home Depot has slipped up at every turn during this process. Now im left without a stove or a microwave for weeks until I can find something actually in-stock somewhere. Its looking like March is the soonest. So thanks a lot Home Depot for ruining Christmas, NYE and family meals until the spring. They shouldve to foot the bill for all the take out Ill have to do now to survive. Ill never, ever, ever shop at Home Depot ever again.

Im visiting my daughter in Minneapolis. Had to go to Home Depot for her home she just bought. I went to the Home Depot in New Brighton and got a small water pipe that was a little big. Their pipe cutter was broken. I went to the location in Fridley and found Sean in the plumbing department. He was awesome. He cut the pipe down and also fitted it to the joint I had brought along. He really went above and beyond. I tried to do the survey but it was for the wrong store. Thank you Sean.!

Dreavon at the paint department was really friendly and helpful. He greeted us with a warm welcoming, and helped us even though he was busy. Hes very knowledgeable and was very experienced. Although we were new to all of this, he simplified everything really smoothly and made us felt comfortable with our selection of paint. If the manager is reading this, give him a raise!
