Excellent personell and customer service, especially now during these trying times. Also very helpful during follow-up needs (better fit,etc.) Would highly recommend.

I gave always had great service!

We were out shopping when my wife lost a screw holding the nose piece on her glasses. The employees of Wal-Mart vision center cheerfully replaced the screw at no cost and we were back on our way. I was amazed that there was a shop that still gave superior customer service.

My insurance changed and this location was the only one that accepted my new insurance. I brought my 7 year old in for eye exam and new glasses. IN and out pretty quick. Friendly staff . No complaints besides the 10 fee for lenses, but its her 3rd pair from walmart. The fee is nothing new. Just annoying.

They don’t agnowlege you when you arrive, walk right by but when they do help you finally, their nice. Maybe more ppl would make appointments if they didn’t feel ignored at first.

Refused to check my vision with my contact lenses before doing the exam. ACADEMY CONTACT LENS CLINIC met my needs!!!
