Gina and her team are awesome to deal with. They did the leather upholstery on a family heirloom rocking chair. It turned out amazing. Exceeding my expectation for craftsmanship, beauty and just stellar beauty. With Covid and the impact on owners and laborers at the shop it took longer then they projected but they cant be blamed when the pandemic delayed work. Through the entire time and process Gina and Sarah kept me informed about the project. They were professional, helpful, reassuring and always cheerful. Absolutely wonderful to work with. We asked the folks over at Twin Cities Upholstery that we needed to replace the cushions on our dining room table. We needed something that would withstand the onslaught of two toddlers and a rambunctious yellow lab.They recommended this amazing fabric that would resist spills, include anti slip and be easy to clean. This place is great! We have a three year old dura-blend sectional that has taken a beating from our 80 pound dog and a couple cushions have begun to tear at the seams. I’ve brought two of them in to get fixed. The service is always prompt and they do a fantastic job! Very easy to work with and it is clear the quality is very high. Would recommend to anyone.

Our experience at Sanctuary Restaurant with Twin Cities Upholstery and owner Ernest was excellent. Ernests shop refurbished and reupholstered 12 bishops chairs and 60 dining room and bar chairs for us. Everything was great - from the quality of the refinished products and fair pricing, to responsiveness, planning, knowledgeability, professionalism, timeliness and fabric selections. Restaurant chairs take a beating and ours were over 7 years old. TCU didnt just reupholster the chairs, they replaced broken brackets and hardware and reglued as needed. It is quite possible they are now better than new!
