The Front Royal location has been wonderful. Anything I need, they make it possible. Chelsie has been a godsend and doesnt get mad if I change my mind on something... she just goes with the flow and its wonderful... the delivery guys are awesome as well. And all the help in the store, they all seem to be on the same page... thank you so much everyone...

Chelsea and Miranda are great! I couldn’t be happier! I don’t live in Front Royal, but they always deliver to me! I’d rather purchase through them, than my local store.

Communication in this company is awful. The woman who answered the phone today to take my payment over the phone confirmed with me the amount I was paying today and then over charged my bank account. She lied to me over the phone before taking the money off my card. If you do payments over the phone make sure double check the person taking your money is coherent and not lying to you.

This place is absolutely amazing. The people are great and so helpful. They have been so understanding to my situation and always willing to help.

They have a great team & manager. Ive been buying from RAC for over 5 years & they always have a great selection for whatever you want eed, or they will get it. I highly recommend.

I love this place! Get 95 percent of my furniture and appliances here. Guys are friendly and do everything they can to get what you want and need.

I called looking for a specific recliner and Chelsea helped me right away. She searched other stores and found what I needed within an hour. I am sorry I did not get the names of the gentlemen that just delivered it to me but they were so kind! Their customer service is EXCELLENT!

Just started renting from them like the furniture but they came and didnt bring right stuff and then came a second time with wrong stuff again and now there supposed to be dropping off a temporary holding for our bed like i said like the furniture but the servive is ridiculous hour late and now seeming like they dont care if we get our stuff like lobe the furniture but not a good way to start with new customers

Fast service didnt wait 1 minute. Everything handled quickly and professionally. Delivery times open and on time. Would definatley recomend

Well the place was okay at one time but everyone in this place is John the former manager puppet but now he high up in the company and chelsea is new manager and only reason she been on long rides with john on back roads this store is going down hill.
