Oscar did a fabulous job in breathing new life into my bags. He cleaned, polished, and fix a few tears and fixed some hardware/buckles.Prices are so affordable but does not compromise the exquisite care and craftsmanship. Oscar was very friendly and turn around was great!Highly recommend!

They did a SUPER job of repairing (and restoring!) our grownup daughter’s high healed shoes — and they were ready when promised!! THANKS to them, she’ll get lots more enjoyment from these shoes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Dropped boots off Monday morning for new soles. Was told Friday after 12....went to pick them up and they were still sitting there untouched.

The owner is RUDE! Plain and simple. Get a better attitude!

Great shop. Their prices for all matter of shoe repair are fair and honest, not to mention their quick turnaround time. The staff is amazingly kind and forthcoming on what kind of outcomes to expect for various shoe issues and always helpful with any questions.Only issue is I dropped by today and their temporary closure hours aren’t listed online. Mild annoyance but that’s business.

Manny is incredible! This man knows his stuff inside & out. He made my worn leather jacket that had a stained lining with piling look like new. He has a huge very friendly personality. Top notch... I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I brought a pair of boots in to be resoled 3 months ago . I discussed with the person that took the boots at the time to make sure that the right sole was put on them because last time they made a mistake. Well the wrong soul was put on it again. They said the correct soul was discontinued. They should’ve contacted me before moving forward. They were told to order a different sole and put a different sole on the boot. It has been almost 90 days now and I still don’t have the boots. I came to the store to resolve this issue at 2 PM on a Tuesday, and the sign on the door says out to lunch.90 days to resold boots is a little bit much. And not once have they contacted me I have had to be the one to initiate contact every time.

Excellent job, highly recommend. Prices were reasonable and GREAT customer service. It was a little difficult to find (its located actually INSIDE the car wash) but definitely worth finding.

I used to live in the neighborhood and shop here. I came back today from out of town -- fresh off the plane with super swollen and aching feet. They went above and beyond to help me find a pair of shoes that would help soothe my aching soles. Capri Shoes not only found me shoes, but the sales person also went so far as to put compression socks on me. I was embarrassed by my elephant-looking feet but she didnt blink an eye and just helped me feel better. Thank you!!

It will take more than 2 weeks to hear it is not done, yet They never tell you when it will be done. We just need to wait and wait.
