Had the pleasure of working with Katrina and Zach, a husband and wife team that owns Coast Embroidery.From start to finish, the process was perfect. We ordered some promotional hats with embroidery on the front and back for our business and we couldnt be happier with the finished product.Communication was on point and we received the finished product prior to the anticipated delivery date.Pricing was more than fair; quality of the finished product is top notch, and the best part is, all of the embroidering is done here in Orange County, not overseas.We highly recommend everyone support this local business!

Doesnt even deserve a star. We inquired about a direct to garment print on a youth trucker hat for a client, and they told us they would try it. We sent them a blank hat that they had for almost two weeks. Katrina let us know that the hat was done and sent us tracking. I let my client know the sample hat was on its way. Two days later, the hat had not been taken to the post office, so we reached out again. We were then told that they could not print on the hat, TWO DAYS AFTER we were told the hat was done and shipped. I cannot believe this level of incompetence, and now we lost a client because of Coast. BUYER BEWARE

We had some shirts done a few months back. It took them several attempts to get it right but when they finally did, they looked pretty good. Then we needed a couple jackets done. We figured since we had used them before and they already had our logo, it should be a fairly simple and quick job for them. We dropped the 2 jackets off and asked them to please put the logo on them. A few days later we received an email from Katrina asking us what we wanted done. We emailed her back and asked her to put the logo on them in the same place as the shirts. A week later we received another email from Katrina stating she hadnt heard from us. We emailed again and also called. No one answers the phone, EVER! We sent 3 emails and left 5 voicemails. I finally went into the shop and asked what the status was of our jackets. The guy took my info down and said he would have Katrina call me. She did call about an hour later. Katrina proceeded to inform me that she hadnt heard from us. I asked her if there was a problem with her email or if she ever checks her voicemail. Then she informed me that there is a minimum of 12 items otherwise we would be charged $15 per jacket! No one ever told us about a minimum. After 4 weeks of trying to reach them with no response, Katrina blamed us for not getting back to her and then did not even offer to give us a discount. We needed the jackets when it was cold, no 4 weeks later when it was 85 degrees. We have taken our business elsewhere because this company has no sense of urgency or customer service!
