We purchased some racks and a straddle stacker from ESS Lifts that we needed for our warehouse. I saw their ads online and my boss and I visited a couple of places that sell racks and straddle stackers.We felt most comfortable with ESS Lifts since they were so responsive and you could tell they care about customer service, which is important to us.We placed our order and within a few days they were able to deliver the straddle stacker and racks. We ordered slightly used racks, but there was an issue with these racks and instead they sent us new racks.Also, fortunately, they were able to recommend a company to install the racks, which did a great job. The racks look great in our warehouse and they are saving us ground space. I dont know if we will need any more racks, but if we do, I will definitely call Priscilla at ESS.

Needed a pallet lift solution that was affordable and didnt take up too much space. We purchased the EKKO D10 pallet stacker from ESSLIFTS. This thing works great for us! Delivered on time at a fair price. Very happy.
