A great friendly place that isn’t afraid to still give you that extra free touch of quick little fixes and advise while also having tons of brand new gear to show ya. Helped fixed my ebike battery give me there time.

Update 5/6/21 (6 stars if I could): Dave is absolutely the BEST. Havent been in for months, didnt expect he would even remember me. They had several days worth of bikes to service in the shop, yet fit me in for a rear tube replacement anyways and had it done in 2 hours. On top of that, I wasnt charged a dime for it, because the manufacturer somehow failed to install a rim strip on the back wheel,causing the tube to tear. So, it was either covered under warranty or he took care the cost of it himself. Either way, incredible service. I will be fiercely loyal to Dave and this shop!Original review 10/10/20 (5/5 stars): Dave and Randy were friendly, informed and super helpful. We were able to test ride bikes and ended up getting a pair of Aventon Level (step through M/L, and step over L). Dave went above and beyond to help us get the bikes we wanted in time for a trip the next weekend. Broke them in while camping and ride them all over town when were at home. Will definitely be back if were ever in the market for different bikes or accessories!

I haven’t had a chance to step into the store but I definitely plan to, especially after the informative conversation I had with Fabian. His Customer service and knowledge is outstanding.I have the Sondors fold electric bike and recently started having battery problems. I couldn’t figure it out so took it back to the shop I purchased it from. The bike mechanic explained to me the problem but I wanted aSecond opinion because It didn’t make sense to me. I wasn’t sure if they were being truthful so I called fullerton bike shop for a second opinion. I’m happy I did because Fabian answered all my questions. He took his time explaining everything to me very thoroughly. They have a future in-store customer for sure! I appreciate the outstanding customer service and will gladly spend money with a Company that is personable and truly cares. Unfortunately, Majority of companies have No morals and aren’t honest, it’s usually only about making the sale. Unless I have spent money with them, they won’t even share knowledge; and IF they help, Its entirely based upon how much of a profit they made off me.

The absolute best place to buy an e-bike. The owner and employees ride e-bikes and are very knowledgeable. Multiple manufacturers stocked and a huge inventory on hand. I drive 50 miles from Redlands to shop here. EBC services what they sell with the parts, tools and experience to keep your e-bike in top shape. Ihave bought two bikes and plan to buy my next ride there too.

Then ordering the ebike at Fullerton Ebikes and having the box delivered and bike assembled at Fullerton Ebikes, an authorized dealer. Just bought 2 ebikes from Sam here at Electrical Bicycle Center. I had been shopping around for a while and appreciated the large inventory that included everything from top-end mountain bikes to affordable beach cruisers. Being able to ride the various ebikes back-to-back allowed me and my partner to easily compare them instead of driving around to different shops who typically only sell one specific brand or type of bike. It was busy during our visit, but Sam made a great effort to attend to everyone making sure to point out details of various bikes and answer any questions. There were many return customers there as well who offered advice and feedback on various bikes they have owned. From what I gathered, Sam has been doing this a long time and it shows. His knowledge on ebikes was unsurpassed by the other dealers I have visited. Sales pressure is non-existent here, just sound information and advice. Sam is quick to point out the pros AND cons of all the options. When the time comes for a new or different ebike, I will be coming here first.

A friend of ours recommended this Electric Bike Shop. My wife and I purchased two electric bikes from Dave at this shop yesterday. We drove down from Simi Valley. Dave and the rest of the staff were fantastic! Great selection and great service! Dave and another guy installed two rear bike racks on our bikes while we waited for no charge! Sam the owner is E-Bike friendly. He carries a lot of models to fit anyones style, from mild to wild and every budget.If youre in the market for an E-Bike its worth checking it out. I bought my first E-Bike somewhere else SD Fly & Ride also a great store but I work much closer to EBC and bought my second Haibike from Sam.Its my car replacement and log easy 200-300 miles a month for commuting to work.Sam and his wife Tanika are definitely great!

I have an electric bike and have called and/or gone to 4 bike shops in 2 counties trying to find a nut to replace on the pedal shaft for weeks now to no avail .I called and went into this shop and Dave fixed the problem in just a few minutes 😊 The other shops said I had to call the manufacturer, etc ., etc..I highly recommend this shop - very helpful and pleasant !

This place is absolutely the most overpriced Place I have ever been too. The little guy that works there is very rude and has 0 knowledge of anything on the floor. It is very sad there are such rude people in the world. I hope he is the owner. If not he is screwing the owner badly. Too many choices too have to be treated with racism.

Went here after researching about electric bikes and still was amazed how much I didnt know. They helped me pick a bike in my budget and gave a great price! Only took 30 minutes in and out with a bike that I loved to ride. Really great place and would recommend it to anyone who was looking for a electric bike. Was about 2 hours of driving in total to go there and it was worth the time!

Sam and his wife were VERY helpful in helping me find my first e-bike. But after riding it I realized I wanted more of an off road bike. Sam was understanding and patient and provided a no hassle return for me although they were busy with other customers he and his wife still managed to helped me pick the perfect second bike.Thanks Sam.Just a side note. Another customer was there with a battery problem he had been having and Sam was able to diagnose and provide a solution within a couple of minutes. Awesome. That guy seemed really pleased because everyone else he had went to could not give him a reason or help him.

Well, I bought two ebikes from Sam. He said if you need ur computer flashed and reset the miles for service it would be done since I bought the bikes from him. But my question to him was that since he sold the business there were parts I bought for Christmas for my girlfriend and Konica his would install them. But they left in January 2020. They were a great people. My question is that will the new owners honor what he guaranteed us? I bought the bikes in September 2019 recommended his shop back then. I plan on buying another ebike for my daughter soon and I prefer to get it from electric bike center if the new owners honor’s his word and his business ethics. 👌🏼

Always fun to go and see all the new electric bikes. Sam is like a kid and and hard to keep focused, but knows his bikes, and is helpful when not multitasking! Highly recommend you go and test ride one as there are quite a few to choose from.

Just bought a bike from here a few weeks ago after coming to this shop for months checking out all the e-bikes he had in stock. Sam is super knowledgeable when it comes to ebikes and never pressured me on any of my visits. On my last visit he recommended a great bike to me that i ultimately bought. I had a great experience test riding and purchasing two electric bikes from this store. Sam and Kenny were very helpful and knowledgeable. In the beginning, I was set on getting a electra townie ebike but after talking to Kenny and taking out the Motiv for a test run, I changed my mind. The bike is reasonably priced and feels comfortable. They also installed a back rack and made sure I had everything to safely and securely ride my bike (helmet and lock). So I just bought my first eBike today from here and just wanted to give a big shout out to the amazing customer service. The owner Sam and his wife are so friendly and knowledgeable, I will spread the word to everyone I can and recommend anyone looking for an eBike to come first and theres no need to stop anywhere else.

I called and asked if they could help me with my ebike. Since did not purchase it there, they were unable to help me, because they were backed up with their own customers. Hard to find an e-bike shop that will help us with new tires. Painful.

Came in to find my first E-bike and Sam was great, he showed me a few options and was very knowledgeable. He didnt try to push the most expensive bike on me he was more concerned with matching me with the right bike and did free delivery from Fullerton to West Covina. I had a problem with the battery not charging, I would have been happy if he had just mailed me another charger but he came back all the way back to West Covina (again no charge) with a new charger, a new battery even another bike if needed. After all was said and done it was a bad charger, he could have just mailed it and I would have had it the next day but he wanted to make sure my problem was taken care of in the least amount of time. This level of commitment to customer satisfaction is very rare in this day and age and is much appreciated.

I took an electric bike to Sam to evaluate, I hoped he would sell them. He loved that bike, rode it as his own for quite a while. It was always made clear that I didt want to sell that bike, but Sam sold it to his buddy to use in an Indegogo crowd funding thing, like the Storm bike.There were always a lot of verbal gymnastics about my selling that bike, I had to work hard to keep Sam from putting words in my mouth. Now I now why. I worked hard at telling him NOT TO SELL THE GREEN BIKE, but in the end, my bike now belongs to his buddy, who is planning to sell them as his ownThis was taken to the police, but Sam lied to them and told them I agreed to sell that bike, even thought I NEVER would have. How this works is that it is now my word against his, so its a civil matter, one that clearly isnt worth the fight. But to me, its criminal because he LIED.______UPDATE__________The day after posting multiple negative reviews I received a call from the Fullerton Police who told me the guy who had my bike for over two weeks would give it back. This the day after the police told me the guy who had that bike had it legally because he bought it.Be careful where you leave your bike or anything valuable that you want to keep, because someone you trust may not be worthy of that trust.

We went shopping for eBikes last week and ended up ay Myrons. Not knowing exactly what we wanted Sam explained the pros and cons of several bikes. We test drove the first bike that had a good list of pros and cons we could live with. A really nice feature of this shop is the industrial park behind the store with quiet alleyways to test drive without street traffic.We bought two bikes and received excellent pricing.

I have been researching e-bikes for the past several weeks and got a good feel for general pricing on the low and high side however I lacked one thing, knowing how they perform for my particular situation. Never having ridden an e-bike, I was curious how these bikes would ride. Having ridden motorcycles and scooters in my youth, and mountain bikes much later, I have been off of two wheels for over 10 years and I really needed to do something about my ever increasing belt line! With a commute less than 4 miles from my home to work, but an entirely uphill climb, I feel like I am wasting gasoline with our cars, and a bicycle commute is very attractive for exercise and being more green! I stopped by today for the first time, unannounced, to see what they had and I met Sam who was extremely patient and obviously passionate about the products he sells. He let me test ride several of the bikes after I told him my application and I asked about solutions in different price ranges, he was just as eager to show me the least expensive eZips as the iZips and E-motor options..I was impressed. His prices were fair, and the service was outstanding. I know where I will be buying our bikes, one for me and my wife and I will be telling all of my friends through my social media outlets about what a great place this is!

You will be hard pressed to find more friendly, knowledgeable folks, nor will you find a better deal than here at electric bike supply! I just bought two SmartMotion Pacers for my wife and I and I couldnt be happier.

Owner was completely rude to me! After reading other reviews I was looking forward to talking with him about my newly acquired goped, but he seemed to want nothing but to get me out! I was planning on spending at least a 100 bucks to get my new toy up and running too! I asked about a pull start for my goped and his response was why dont u just push start it!!? He wont be getting any of my business!

Didnt get great service. I understand he was busy but I patiently waited and while I was patiently waiting he kind of made a racist remark. . . Refering to a lock that should keep pedro from taking your bike although he did try to fix him self by refrasing his remark. . . Not a goodstart. when it was my turn and had a question about an existing eletric bike I own he said its lead acid and moved on to the other customers without completely hearing me out and came to me.later and just said he couldnt help me and refered me to someone else. I was going to go here for a new bike if mine was not fixable but now not likely.

Had trouble finding a goped shop local, was referred by someone @ goped. He told me to ask for Sam, who listened, told me why I had the problem, how to fix it myself, and quoted a more than reasonable price to have him fix it for me. Best customer service I have experienced in a while! If you have a goped, this is the place!!!

They have the biggest selection of electric bikes you can think about. They allow you to test ride any bike in the store you want. They have great service. They service what they sell. They also have the biggest goped selection around. They also service Gopeds to. You buy a goped off of Craigslist and it doesnt work theyll work on it and service it and get it running like new

Please don’t go there the price is very god doom expenses for bike the may be stolen at any time go by one from Walmart for wayyyy less and you can return it if you don’t like it but he’s not accepting returns and save your money

I live in South OC but decided to drive 35 miles to visit the store after reading the great reviews. I was certainly not disappointed on the customer service I received from Sam. I was very familiar with ebikes in general but I never test rode the mtn Haibikes. Sam had a very nice selection of mtn Haibike models and he quickly zerod in on one particular model after listening to my needs which was a mtn bike and speed. I was test riding a Haibike in less than 10 minutes of arriving at the store. I ended up deciding to purchase the 2016 Haibike Xduro FS S Pro which had to be ordered. Delivery time was three weeks and worth the wait. Wow, I love my new ebike which can handle any off road/hill and do a cool 28 mph on the street. I highly recommend Sam and the Electric Bicycle Center if you are in the market for an ebike! Ed C.

I love Myrons Extreme Machines- If your going to make the investment into an Electric Bike- do your homework. Sam is THE most knowledgeable person in the 5 stores I shopped- I test rode MANY, MANY bikes - before selecting the BEST- which is my Juiced Riders ODK version 3. I ride it up to 50 real world miles between charges. Just had my bike tuned up yesterday after putting 2600 miles on it in about 7 months. I live in Mission Viejo, and there are many HILLS- because of the massive battery, I ride to San Clemente and Back- Santa Ana and Back...Newport Beach and back- Bike is AWESOME.I love it as much as the day I purchased. I expected a few charges because they did a little more than tune -up- there was no charge. Sam knows and has THE BEST selection of bikes ANYWHERE. I spent over 3000.00 on my bike...and its awesome. There are bikes that are also more reasonable if you cant afford that. Sam treats his customers with GREAT SERVICE and knowledge of ALL the products he sells.I test rode some bikes yesterday- still love mine... I went to some other stores that only carried 1 or 2 lines of bikes- Sam carries everything. I think when your going to purchase something like this make sure the place you but it from, stands behind what it sells. ( I NEVER write reviews but Sam earned this from me).
