I spent about 1000$ there still got the records of it and they didn’t even fix the problem yes the check engine light don’t come on but they didn’t fix what I needed my car continue doing it my car ended up completely breaking down just sad to pay all that money for 2 mins of Labor and it still not being fixed was real disappointing specially at that point of time I was going through Luis is very nice person just thought ide get better work

Luis is pro! He was able to go to my insurance company and make sure I got the right replacement tire. Him and his staff work fast and get the job done right! Will be back to this Firestone for my other auto needs. Thanks again Luis!

Had a 1030 am appointment today that I scheduled 2 or 3 days ago. Dropped of my car at 930 am. Called at 330 to see what was going on with my suv. I was told they were behind and they were about to take my car behind that is should only be about 45 mins to an hour. Showed up there at 540 because they close at 6 pm. I was told they didnt have time to get to my car! I told them to give me my keys. I wasted an entire day waiting to see what was wrong with my suv for them not to even look at my suv. Never will I go there again!

Great customer service! Very professional staff and technicians. I called Firestone when I had a nail in my tire and spoke with Devin who was so kind and helpful. He advised me to come in and they will get me taken care of and they fixed my tire quickly. The waiting room was so clean. I had an overall wonderful experience and will be coming back!

They really provide complete auto care. They checked points in my car I didnt even know, about to check. I highly recommend them. Excellent experience.

Pros: they were able to get me in quickly.Cons: price was higher than industry average, they used a refurbished part that failed 10 minutes after I left.Immediately returned and was told they would replace the bad part but had to wait one more full day.I use my vehicle for my job so this was a big inconvenience.At the price they charged, they should be able to use new parts.They will not be my first choice for future work.

3rd time at this location and simple tasks seem to take all day. The latest interaction, dropped off the vehicle for an oil change, brake fluid change, and brake pad change at 8am with no other customers waiting. Told a couple hours and I’ve now been waiting around 5 hours with multiple people dropping off and picking up before me. Every time I’ve checked through the shop window, all but one time was someone actually working on it. Apparently dropping off gets the priority at this location. Probably won’t be coming back.

Great experience here. We are new to the area so finding trusted car maintenance was really important. Chose here initially because they were open Sunday and I needed to get my car looked at sooner rather than later. The staff was knowledgeable and explained things to me so I could understand. Nothing is worse than going to get work done and not knowing what you’re agreeing to, or feeling pressured. I will be returning for continued maintenance. The woman who helped me at the front desk(I regret I forget her name) was especially helpful and validating. Thanks!

What a great place! The service is excellent and the prices are reasonable, theyll even price-match local competitors! Katie is fantastic. She explained to me what services this location offered and we worked together to figure out how to fix the issue I was having. The team genuinely seemed to want to help me repair my vehicle issue. Also, I absolutely loved how clean and well-maintained the lobby area was! I highly, highly recommend this spot and will be coming back here for tire and auto maintenance.

Took me three separate visits to get my new tires. During the first visit, they were short staffed and couldn’t complete the job on time. The second one went fine, but to my surprise, the next time I took my car out my front tire was flat. They mentioned that it could be an object on the road but the probability of that happening was extremely low. I went a third time (to a separate location) where they fixed a damaged valve that was leaking, definitely as a result of the botched job at Fuquay.

First time at this location. Great experience! Katie was great and often updated me about my vehicle. They didn’t try to sell and tell me I needed these random unnecessary things that most shops do! Will be back here for my alignments from now on!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING HERE! I know this place just opened, but they are mess and cant even complete a normal oil change. I went there about 2-3 weeks ago on my way home for a quick oil change and was there for over an hour. There was NO ONE else there for service except for me. The kid messed up my oil change and somehow he leaked the oil everywhere over the vehicle and around it-so I had to wait and wait for them to clean everything up. I kept asking what was going on and got the run around while they were trying to clean up their mistake. This was extremely frustrating. Cant even do a simple oil change. Luckily, they gave me this oil change for free. I wont be back there again.

I will never recommend anybody go to Firestone on main in Fuquay-Varina. They charged me over $2000 to fix my car and it still had the same problem. They are the worst I have ever experienced in my LIFE

Took my car here to get a flat tire looked at on a Sunday morning because it was the only place open that early and needed a fix ASAP. After about 30minutes of looking at it, they came back to me and told me that they couldnt do a flat repair because there was a hole larger than 1/4. They told me that I ran over a razor blade. Then they tried to get me to buy 2 new rear tires (to replace the flat and the other was low tread. I remembered that we had protection plan on the tires from our purchase at Discount Tire. So I left with my spare on the car and went to Discount Tire the next day for them to look at it thinking I was needing a new tire. Within 30 minutes they came back with my flat tire fixed and showed me it was just a nail. I will never go to Firestone again as they blatantly lied to my face about me tire and tried to rip me off by selling me two tires that I didnt need.

Strangely, I had lost my wedding ring in between the steering console and the dash of my car. Although it is not a service they provide, the service provider helped me find it, which meant I didnt have to go to the dealer and pay the $200-900 they had quoted!

Just the best service in town. I highly recommend Firestone of Fuquay.
