At a time gas is needed most (literally a gas shortage with 6 lines that stretched a mile surrounding this store) this gas station displayed professionalism and grace while chaos erupted around them! I want to shout out one of the staff members here, if she isnt a manager she should be! I barely overheard another staff member call her name, so Im not sure if I heard it correctly, yet I know she called her name beginning with Mrs. And her name began with an M. I want to say it was Mrs. Monika? Im not sure, yet she knew ahead of time (with gas shoetage) that there would be a rush of people coming for fas, and had a well thought out plan to execute and place, and in my opinion it was executed perfectly! I see this store has a poor review, but during a time needed most they truly shined and made sure their community was taken care of!!

BEWARE OF THIS STATION. THEY HAVE POSTED FRAUDULENT CHARGES 9 TIMES ON MY DEBIT CARD. I HAD TO OPEN A CASE WITH MY BANK TO RECOUP SOME OF THISE CHARGES. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY.

Its not clean. Also, went there today, 8/23/2021 Monday around 1:50 pm, two employees stood talking while I stood there waiting for service!!

Tell me how speedway in Angier north Carolina claims they are out of gas but the employee working there was filling up her tank

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!! Just another case of FALSE ADVERTISING. Sign on the window has one price. Employees try to charge a higher price. Talk to the Store Manager on the phone or that is who Im told Im talking too and when I ask what I need to do to get that price that is ADVERTISE on the outside of the store Im told there is nothing you can do that the price on the window is wrong. When I call customer service and spend 45 mins on the phone with them they call the store and the Store Manager tells them (customer service) that they will get that price the next time you buy 2 packs. Wow why wasnt I told that, better yet why isnt that ADVERTISE on the sign on the outside of the store.

I go their twice a week for school lunch. Low price for fountain drinks and I call ahead of tiem for them to make a fresh pizza for me. Employees are always nice

The next time I hear anything about the pay-at-the-pump machines not working, especially pump #10 so I can fill my gas tank up, please let me remind myself to go find me another pump even at the other gas station. This incident happened to me this past Sunday morning before 10am right here at this Speedway Gas Station when I was trying to fill my gas tank up. I inserted my Speedway rewards card, following up with my debit card. Then all of a sudden, that #10 machine had the audacity to tell me to please see cashier. So I went inside to tell Nichole that I was filling up my gas tank, and she asked me to give her my debit card until I finish filling up my gas tank. I also gave her my rewards card as well before I went back out to put gas in my car until pump #10 machine told me to please pay cashier. Im like, Really?? What kind of a store clerk would expect customers to go through such headache to be asked to see cashier and give the cashier his or her own credit just to fill up the car and then come back in the store to pay for the use of gas just because most of the pay-at-the-pump machines are not working right???? Really!!?? You call that customer service??? Yeah right. I totally do not agree with how Nichole has handled the problem at all. Like I said, the next time I come back and hear anything about this poor customer service situation, please let me hang up the nozzle so I can go find another store to let me pay-at-the-pump.

I bought 4$ worth of chips and handed the cashier a 10$ bill she gave me 82cents back and refused to give me a receipt. Service is horrible and they are keeping money that does not belong to them.

Turnover is high with employees, usually a management problem. Many other places to stop better than this.

By far the worst store I have ever walked into. Manager and employee overly rude because I lost my wallet and Id yesterday. 32 years old and wouldn’t sell me a pack of cigs. Which somone only has to be 18 to buy.

Very grungy with expired food and lazy rude employees esp the manager, will not go back.
