Had just moved into our home this day a week and a half ago. The flooring guys messed up the garage door. It was broken physically and the motor wasnt working either. We have worked with the owner and a couple of his technicians for various issues with our very old garage door opener. They made it last longer than it probably should have! The owner of Complete Overhead Door Systems stood by his satisfaction guarantee.The service techs that initially came out were not professional. I asked them to replace the broken trolley that slid on the overhead rail, verify (and replace if needed) the torsion spring, and adjust the door and equipment so that it functioned properly. I showed them that the motor was working properly. They worked on the door for about an hour. They called me over and showed that the motor wasnt moving the trolly the correct distance, and tried to sell me a new motor. I asked them to leave before the job was complete.I called the operations manager to let them know what happened. The owner answered. When he heard what happened, he apologized profusely and scheduled an appointment to properly service the door himself. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very professional and went right to work. He adjusted the door and equipment promptly. The door runs smoothly and quietly.He promised me that this situation would never happen again. He said management will not let unprofessional service techs interact with customers.Even though my initial experience was not good, I will recommend Complete Overhead Door Systems because the owner personally came out and made things right. So far so good! Its only been a day since Overhead installed a new garage door for me. They work FAST, efficiently, and the best part so far is the noise reduction. Complete Overhead Door Systems has come to my house twice. The first technician (Jesse) fixed a very old garage door opener. I was told the gears were worn and my current system would last days to months. I was not pressured to buy a new system, but was advised to plan for one; I really appreciated this. I called a second time because a fallen limb slightly damaged the door and the opener would not operate. The technician (Brandon) noticed a sensor was out of alignment, fixed it, and ensured no other damage occurred or adjustments needed to be made. I highly recommend this business.

I had a couple of minor issues with my two-car garage door and called Complete Overhead Door Systems in Fuquay Varina for help. They arrived quickly, when they said they would, and took care of my problems right away. A year or so later I returned home from some errands and the door wouldnt open. It turns out one of the two springs that aid in lifting the door had broken. Of course I called Complete right away. Within a couple of hours Jesse (I hope Im remembering the names correctly) came out and did a temporary fix on the spring and the door was completely operational. The very next day the expert, Danny, and another very polite and competent young man (sorry I did forget your name!) replaced both springs and readjusted the opener. The door now operates better than it has for the past 5 years! And the cost was extremely reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend Complete to anyone, residential or commercial. These guys and their company are the best!

I have had three separate interactions with Complete Overhead Door Systems, and every one has been exceptional. The first two times, their prices were excellent and their service was prompt and professional. This last time, they took care of a garage door emergency in our home while we were away on vacation, and they were very prompt and professional, and saved our vacation. Excellent response on repairing garage door springs (the same day). Both men had good customer service skills. were right on time, very technically competent. They clean up the area well also. The reason i didnt give them a 5 out of 5 was i asked to have the garage door opener replace after the repair and it only came with one remote. When my wife asked the service man why we did not get 2, the man said i was told that i only got one. I never asked and was never told. Maybe that was a ($45) mistake on my part for not asking. They also left bare wires where they spliced into the existing wires that ran from the ceiling to the wall pad that had been installed for the original opener. no wire nuts, no electrical tape. On the plus side, they did reprogram my wall unit on the outside of the garage door so it worked with the new opener.

I have called them several times when my garage wouldnt close, they came out same day both times and fixed each issue quickly. My double garage door wouldnt close unless I held down the button on the switch in the garage. Brandon came, tightened the sensor on one side, which had loosened very slightly, and the door works perfectly now. He also helped me set the code for the keypad on the outside of the garage. What did he charge? NOTHING? Thats right. Not one cent! I had read good things about this company and Ill call them next time and I recommend them to you.

Ok so the garage door opener crapped out on me 2 weeks ago. I did the whole internet/you tube research thing. Apparently the chain was too tight for years and made the sprocket gear grind and eventually snapped off. Not being to mechanically inclined I called a local garage door installer/ repair company.
