I didn’t even realize that Walmart had a FedEx print shop inside of it. It’s not a building located on the outside but it’s actually inside after you check out. They have computers self print machines, or you can go online and create a custom print for cards portfolios presentations or resumes. Of course it’s FedEx as well you can send boxes and receive them from there too. I called the office and I spoke to Brentley he was extremely helpful very courteous and referenced whether I could order my resume packet over the phone, bring a USB to plug-in, or just customize it online and type in the address at the end of checkout. I ended up going online creating a spiral-bound Black cover with all my resume papers in between on ultra white 32 pound paper. It looks extremely professional it was really well done and he was an outstanding employee was there to help me the entire way I really enjoyed my visit and will use this FedEx location more often it is small but mighty.

Toya is the shining beacon of this FedEx location, thank you for your outstanding service! I had arranged for a (large) package to get redirected to here for pickup as FedEx are in the habit of dropping my packages to the wrong house.Earlier today I got alarmed after my package got signed for before it was ready for pickup. Toya went above and beyond, finding out the FedEx ground driver had signed for my package and was still on the truck after the drivers drop (nice going FedEx driver.. isn’t that fraud?). She called the depo and had them reach out to the driver for them to come back, and called me once the package was there.Give Toya a raise! Thank you so much for your help today.

A shining example of customer service! I work in Durham but live in the F-V area, during the day I had put off dropping something off until after work, I thought I would just drop by and ship it on my way home. Well I got delayed and arrived at this FedEx location about 15 mins after closing. I saw an employee leaving and asked if he could help me out. He politely said it was after store hours, but was willing to make an exception. He rang me up and I was able to overnight the package. Austin G was the employee and I want to say thank you for your customer service!!
