Darcy is PHENOMENAL! truly such an asset to SW. She took the time to pick out every single color for the doors, trim, walls, accent walls, furniture, etc. and explained the differences in colors. Thank you Darcy for being so helpful and for getting me so excited about my first home— you really know your stuff!!! Highly recommend Darcy especially if you are clueless about paint colors like I am :)

We love our Sherwin-Williams Paint Store. The folks are always knowledgeable and make you feel like you are the only one in the store, even if there is a line. They know where everything is and are always ready to get it for you.

Thankful that this store is enforcing face mask and social distancing! It is important to me as I have an autoimmune disease. The staff working there has non mask wearers put on a mask or will help them outside. Unfortunately, a younger woman customer rude and berated the staff causing a scene when I was there. The store is very clean, well organized, and cheerful. They gave me great advice for my project and felt comfortable shopping there.

Great experience! Finally great to find a store that takes COVID seriously. Everyone was wearing a mask, they have stickers on the floor so you know where to stand, they monitor how many people enter/exit, separate entrances/exits, and superb customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable. Expensive, but you get what you pay for.

I had a major issue come up with a purchase from this store (from start to finish). Im going to strike it up as everyone has a bad day once in a while. I submitted an inquiry online to their main customer service and my complaint was handled professionally by the area manager and the assistant store manager. I was issued a complete refund for the mishap, which is the type of customer service I expect from Sherwin Williams. My original review was one star and was not great, but Sherwin Williams made it right so for that I will give their customer service 5 stars.

I had a wonderful experience picking out paint for my newborn sons room. I had no idea what product to get but Josefina explained all the differences and recommended a paint with low VOCs that is safer for babies. We were thrilled with the paint and the care provided by the staff! Josefina also let us know about sale that was going on and was able to get us a discount! We will not hesitate to come back for all our future paint projects! I was also pleased with the steps they are taking to make the store and customers safe from COVID-19!

Great customer service. Josefina was very attentive and helpful. She realized I was overcharged on a gallon I had purchased and immediately fixed it for me. Store was clean, social distancing markers in place, one door to enter and one to exit and they even have sanitizer spray available to all customers. Great experience and I will return!

Nice, we got good advice about paint choices to pain our kitchen cabinets as well as colors. We felt safe in the store in this covid-19 times we are living in.

The employees here always go above and beyond. Today Clint provided the best service with helping me choose colors for my house as I wasnt able to go in and look at the chips myself. I highly recommend this store.

We’re repainting an entire 3600 square-foot house so we’ve been in here quite a bit lately. The selection is great, but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff makes this our go to place for paint. Every single person we have encountered has been professional and knowledgeable.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful even though they were busy. The young lady helped me also find the best sales discount for my paint and paint supplies.

A nice girl named Judith at our store was very helpful, she even offered to carry the paint out for me since I had my two young children with me. phenomenal experience- will buy more paint from that store because of her. Its hard to find that type of customer service in todays market.

Customer service was good and I like that I they can pull up my profile and see what paint I previously bought. This makes it easy when needing to buy the same type and color of paint for touch ups or if I am wanting to paint another room the same color.

The young lady at the Fuquay Varina branch is excellent! I am a teacher and love to paint my classroom. Every time I need something I go to her. She is a perfect combination of a professional, friendly, conscientious person. The FV store is difficult to get in and out of with the traffic but its worth going there because of her.

One very knowledgeable young lady was working with one assistant. It took 30 minutes or more to be waited on. But great service.

More sales help. I had to wait 30 minutes to buy a quarter of paint. My time is valuable too!

We have enjoyed our relationship with this store so much over the past several months. Today, that all changed. Andrew, the young man that waited on us was rude and disrespectful. He even admitted that he was not in a good mood because he hadnt had his biscuit yet. If we had not been so pushed for time, we would have driven to Garner to purchase our paint. Thank you God for helping us control our emotions with this employee. It is never appropriate to be rude to another human being, especially a loyal customer. We have always been committed to shopping with home town merchants, but looks like it is time to drive to Garner.

We arrived there 15 minutes before closing time but were treated like the clerk had all day for us. Except for the awkward access, this was a five star experience from door in to closing the trunk!

While a solution was finallyfound the reaction to my request was entirely negative. The proper reaction should have been, No Imsorry we dont have that but lets see what we can do to accomodate. Had i been Joe off the street, i would have left to find another place that could accomodate. Resulting in loss of a customer. A color for a national home builder should always be on database.
