I took my new IPhone 12 in because I was having trouble getting it set up. Allen met me at the door. He knew exactly what to do and had it working in just a few minutes.It’s so hard to find good customer service so excellent is a huge plus! Professional and very efficient. This will be my Verizon Store from now on.**go here to buy phones or accessories..lower taxes than adjoining cities.

I went to this store with an iphone that was locked up. I switched to Verizon from Sprint to get all on the same plan. I had a problem with my last Pro max and had it replaced during the pandemic lock down from apple. Because of this they would not so much as touch my phone. Busch league move Verizon. I might as well get a no contract phone and avoid your fees. Luckily my Stepson found the reset steps on line. Gonna make a switch as soon ad their useless fees are gone. You lost a customer on this one. The Rainbow drive Verizon store does not help when needed. Go to Sprint or T Mobile. They always helped me.

I was really impressed with their customer service. They took time to show me options and explain the pros and cons of them. Although I could have done it myself I let him transfer my data because it was much faster and saved me the headache.It was near time for them to close and so another rep came and helped us get finished up. It was good to see them working together as a team.I recommend them over going to the main Verizon store. Ask for Jonathan! I wish I could remember the other guys name but I am sure you won’t go wrong with any of them.

This is the store to go to for Verizon products! In case you didnt know, this small slice of real estate is in unincorporated Etowah County which means you only pay County taxes of 7pecent!! ONLY THIS LOCATION!

Ordered a new phone for my wife from Verizon an went by to get help backing everything up an transfer to new phone. First off our name was marked off before we was seen an seen customers that came in behind us. Secondly was told they would help but would charge 35.00. I have a plan with 5 phones an 2 watches. But as usual Verizon wants to always charge u more. I’m about ready to switch to AT&T an see if I can get better customer service.

I Bought a new phone and a new watch a Few months ago. The guy that sold me the watch told me I was getting the latest version of the Galaxy Watch. And I found out it is not the latest version, its 2017 version.. Plus he screwed my account up for I was paying two bills. So I was getting charged an extra $120 for the account fee. So I do not recommend them at all

I was coaxed into purchasing the black ice liquid armor screen protector for my new IPhone. I was very unsure about it. The woman applied it for me in the store as she wasn’t supposed to (I didn’t know that at the time) Told me it would take 5 minutes to dry and I later found out that the website says to let it dry for 15 minutes. I still let it cure for 24 hours like advised and I am already seeing many surface scratches only after having the phone for 3 days. The office was not concerned but offered to sell me another protector for half off! Still $20. Further more do not buy liquid glass protector and if you do apply it yourself. Will definitely not be going back here again.

I love this Verizon store! The service is friendly. You are managed in a timely fashion. They work with you to get your best Plan. They always have the accessories I need and they all look professional! Oh and they dont get mad like your husband does for having to move all 19,000 photos from one phone to the other.

I have he number in the case if I ever have any questions or concerns. There has been some instances where I have had issues with my plan or promotion deals and he has been very helpful in getting the answers I needed. Kinda shady practices not having prices on phone cases, the guy kinda just took what I had to spend on a phone case and gave me one at that price while telling me for 5 extra dollars I could have one with ridges on the side. Not very honest feeling.

Stopped to pay my monthly bill but couldnt get waited on. Only two people working there and the service was slow. I didnt know how long I was going to have to wait as there was no acknowledge from either representative. After waiting for quite a while, I finally gave up and left. Stopped by here once again to pay my bill, couldnt get waited on as one clerk was busy with a customer and the other one was busy chit chatting with a friend. Not a very good customer oriented place.
