My 97 year old mom received a very thorough exam and comprehensive evaluation of her hearing. Dr Pat is very patient and effective in communicating with the hearing impaired . We made a purchase and highly recommend Dr Pat and Beltone!

The doctor I saw was very knowledgeable and I had an easy to understand hearing test. He answered all my questions and told me the level of my hearing. He wanted to see me in one year to see if it had changed.

My comments is about patient care and customer satisfaction, I have been suffering from ringing in my ears for awhile. I went to several audiologists,who were some what concerned about the ringing but were more interested in selling something. That was until I went to Beltone, I called the office in Gadsden,Alabama. When I went to the appointment I was absolutely amazed. From the front desk attendant all the way to sitting down with the Audiologists. The extremely amount of professional assistance and the the amount of knowledge the Audiologist has was just totally amazing. I was so pleased to get a set of hearing aids customized for me. The treatment we received made me and my wife feel as though we were in the company of true friends. I am so glad that I chose to go to Beltone. I would recommend this place of business to anyone. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being excellent, I would give them a 11.

This office is great! They are very clean and well organized, and very knowledgeable about how to work with your health insurance too. Pat was the one helping us a few months ago and he was super nice when I took my mom there, knew exactly what she needed and took the time to explain how it would all work. We’ve been going ever since as they want to do follow up and check on their patients, they really care about your wellbeing. I am really happy with how they are taking care of my mom.
