The staff is always great. The (tech) Brian, set up a acoustic for me without me knowing. I took it in to have a electric p/u put in it. The nut had a chip for the low E. He replaced it, put new strings and bridge, tuned the neck, when I picked it up I was in disbelief it was the same guitar.. it played so easy and the sound was great. He still claimed he isnt a Luther. I know better. Tks Brian

Friendly staff and large percussion section, which is why we went there. Sadly they are not a TAMA dealer, but they had a wide selection of other drum manufacturers to choose from.

I LOVE GADSDEN MUSIC! I have been going here for 22 years and will keep going.

We were overcharged for a high hat cymbal that we ordered. When they refunded the difference, they did not refund the taxes on the difference.We try to support local business as much as possible. But when they are not considerate of the value of our money, it’s time for us to find another store.

The store is stocked well with a large variety of instruments and equipment, the staff are knowledgeable and resourceful, and for the most part, prices are very reasonable. If youre a drummer, by God, this is the store for you more than anyone else. Sticks as far as the eye can see, cymbals, full kits, aux percussion, you name it. There are a lot of low to high-mid-range guitars in terms of prices and quality. Its not Guitar Center, but Itll do.Ive had good experiences with repairs on my saxophone and setups on my guitar and mandolin. For those who are picky about setup, they do a good job.Theres a small inventory of guitar pedals from what I could see, but there are a lot of guitar accessories available. Fair supply of keyboards, basses, etc. Instrument rentals are available for wind instruments. I believe that they rent out orchestral string instruments, too.Lessons for quite a few instruments are available through the store as well, if youre interested in those. Ive had nothing but positive interactions with the instructors in the past, although I havent taken lessons from them. Theyre very kind and professional people.

Seems like they are mostly stocked for the local schools. Not a huge selection of string instruments. I dont think I would purchase my baby gear here. However, they are seriously nice, eager to help in any way they can and they dont make you feel like you are bothering them. Giving a shout out to Brian in the repair area thank you very much for going out of your way to help me and my old bass.

Friday I took my daughter to Gadsden music company to pick out a trumpet case for her birthday. I had to work late so I called the dealership to ask if they would stay open past 5 for us. Tylor kept the dealership open and we were able to get her a nice case for her birthday. Thank you so much Tylor and staff, we will definitely be back!

The repair person was amazing accommodating and reasonable. I asked for a repair right before Christmas and he was able to do it so I could give my daughter her gift on time. It was so work it. My daughter was so happy with her gift she cried her eyes out. That was priceless...

The staff is friendly here, and fixed a simple problem on my instrument. I am still not sure I would completely trust this place to fix a bigger issue on an instrument due to all the things I have heard about this place doing bad fixing jobs. The store is very nice though.

They fixed Sweet Adeline (my guitar) within about 4 days after I brought her on Saturday and called them about it on Wednesday. Did a pretty great job too.
