This is the only place me and my daughter go for all of our needs. Their loyalty is awesome. The owner John is amazing at what he do. Everyone is very nice and prices are very reasonable. I recommend anyone to shop here.

I went into the store today and the ladies where very helpful and knowledgeable and it saved me so much time! They have a very wide variety and selection. They even did a demonstration that definitely made the sale for me and my mom. The ladies the was the best, one was name Israel and I’m not sure what the other lady name was bc I forgot but she was light skin with pretty natural hair she did an amazing job as well. We will definitely be back and send others 😊

The store itself, has great products. Its receiving a bad review based on training staff and honoring policies. I understand they have a no refund policy, but they should also tell customers upfront about return policies. I purchased an accessory item that had to be opened to see if it worked on my dryer. Never used and took it right back. I was told that I couldnt exchange it bc it was opened. It would have saved me a trip if the girl who sold it to me would have explained this, better yet not have told me that someone named Shaun would exchange it for me, when I called the store to be sure. She was nice in the store and on the phone, and so was the woman who told me I couldnt exchange it. I will just try to be careful when making purchases in the future. However, they do need to explain this to the customers as well as their newer employees.

I visited this store today and I was so indecisive. I walked around and Misha helped me as I tried on several wigs. She was so patient and helpful. I finally made my choice and went to pay.
