Great experience and cool shop at the mall. Cool selection of hats, shirts, nick nacks, and baby cloths that can be embroidered on in shop. I brought in a baseball cap of my own to have embroidered and was able to get my name put on the back... wasnt completely satisfied with the first attempt so I asked for it to be redone and they happily fixed it and ended up not charging me at all. Will definately be back

Love love love this place. Reasonably priced and I can usually pick up my item in 30-45 minutes. No more waiting a week to get my stuff monogrammed!!! And, the ladies are always sooo nice. I always recommend Custom Embroidery to my friends. Thanks so much for being awesome!!!

Custom Embroidery does excellent embroidery work. They pay attention to every detail...any loose threads are trimmed and they even cut the edges of the backing with decorative scissors! Their work is perfect for keepsake quality items but also sturdy enough for items that get washed regularly.

Super cute store!!!Embroidery is the best- theyve never messed anything up. They have lots of cute to stuff to get monogrammed! The also have a consignment shop to look at while you wait!

I took a brand new jacket down there to be monogrammed . They put the middle name at as the last and their way of resolving telling me I shouldnt take it off and charging me $20 for something they did incorrectly .

I am disappointed in the job I had done. The lady that wrote my order out, wrote exactly what I wanted done to the boots I ordered but somehow when SHE did the job she put the monogram in the wrong place than what I asked. The same lady that took the order, did the job, then looked at me like she didnt know how she got it confused and messed up my boots. However she gave me half of the money I paid for that pair of boots (I think she should have refunded all my money for that pair since she made the mistake, not me).
