I’m not in the store often because I usually need things they don’t have and don’t like making more than one stop but, other than being a small store, this one usually has better produce and more meat available, and the staff is not only great but also seem to work well together. Was being checked out today when one of the cashiers finished her last person and she immediately came to help my cashier bag. Then, despite the fact I had parked way away from the building, made it a point to bring a simple can of biscuits all the way out to me they had missed bagging.

Great place to shop for your groceries and plenty of souvenirs.

This store has its good and bad just like every grocery store. I’ll start with the negatives that I see. Cleanliness - not very clean. For example when I’ve seen blood underneath on the meat rack where I pick out my meat. Its not a pleasant sight. Also, their produce is very bad most of the time. A lot of mold. Customer service is lacking.The positives are that they have a wide selection of many different brands which I really appreciate, theyre also smaller and more convenient to shop at.

Shelves well stocked and store personnel on floor to help find items I needed.

Was there not long ago, and the bagger was extremely nice and helpful. If you see wyatt you are in good hands.

We need a bigger store with fresh fish. Salad bar,etc....it is hard to get in and out of the parking lot. I do like to.shop at ingles..great deli

I was traveling on this visit. The store had a great selection of fruits. The sumo oranges are hard to find. The oranges were delicious 🤤🤤. The store was exceptionally clean. I plan to visit again on my next trip.

Store itself is really nice inside very clean pretty much stock but Ive been snubbed a couple times at that deli where people dont even want to acknowledge your standing there waiting that sucks other than that really good store

I called this morning to ask what time their customer service desk closed (I needed a money order today) and was told 7pm. I planned accordingly and left work early and ended up getting there around 6:15 only to be informed that they decided to close up early and that there was nothing they could do to help me. The young lady I spoke with could stand to take a lesson in customer service skills. She was incredibly defensive and snarky from my simply asking why they closed early.

Expensive...but I love the Boars Head meat.

TBH.. more than anything I come for the produce. They have apples that are actually full grown LOL. But Im never disappointed in the rest of the store either. They have really good selections and a wide variety to choose from. And it sure doesnt hurt that they still have someone to carry out groceries on those days you just feel like youre going to drop.

They have good money order and open early so when I get off on 3rd I can go ahead & get the money order. I love their produce & vegetables. But their chicken in the deli & mustard potato salad is absolutely delicious. We go there often just to visit the deli

Our Ingles market on Floyd Baker boulevard has great produce, and they do carry some things which other markets in area dont have. They have a good selection at the meat counter however there beef sometimes runs a little tough.

The waitress was nice, but didnt come back to refill drinks. When we went to leave, she offered my husband a refill to go. I was still waiting on my first refill. When I got my food, I just left the other half of my cold coffee. I asked for the bill and paid while my husband finished eating. Im sure the food was good, but I needed a drink.

This is a good grocery store with a nice selection.As far as I know it is the only grocery store chain in the area where you can get Boars Head meats.The staff is friendly and will go out of their way to help you find an item.they seen at the top end of the price range but they are still competitive with the other competition in the area.

Your usual shopping experience. Plenty of good parking spaces near the door, carts right up front and left all over the parking lot. It was not crowded when I was there but still had a line for checkout. Staff needs to be more friendly. Guess they do not like working there. Did not get help with the bagging of groceries.

Clean well organized with a few friendly cashiers but super sweet book keeper and bag boys.

I stopped in this Ingles while out of town to pick up a few things. It was clean, bright, and the staff was friendly. I was able to quickly find what I needed and I would definitely use this grocery again.

This is the better Ingles of the 2 in Gaffney. I really dont grocery shop there unless I see some good deals. I mainly go in here because they have a wonderful deli and good price on there rotisserie chickens.

I like Ingles they have an awesome deli with a great hot bar and great prices. Even better when you get lucky enough to go there on a day they have chicken tenders but also if you want a sub possibly the best sub youll find then they have awesone subs and deals on certain days. They use Boars Head so its some of the best meats and cheeses you can get.

My go to for groceries for decades now. Management is friendly and capable, keeps items stocked even at great demand. Often hear announcements about current sales, sometimes with a joke or two included. My little boy loves that it rains and thunders on the produce lol.

My store for baked chicken, good fresh fruit and corn muffins. Of course, its my place to send western union after using my app then using cash. I save a lot of money that way.

I really liked this grocery store, especially their little bakery part where they have the donuts lol, its a weakness of mine. I was able to find everything I was looking for and did it quickly, cashier was extremely nice too.

Visited here because I didnt want to mess with Walmart crowds. The ppace is tidy and clean with a good selection and a top notch deli. Got some deli meat and a few other things when I kept noticing that the prices on each item was higher than I usually pay at the Wal. So I scanned the items I had in my basket with the Wal-Mart app and discovered I was about 11 dollars over their prices. One item was $1.15 higher at IngIes, and it was only a $4 item. So decided that until my rich relatives died and I got my inheritance. I would check out and finish my list at Wal-Mart. Its disappointing because Id love to support the little guys, and the store was nice, but Im not so rich that I can just drop an extra $50 or so every time I need groceries. Get your heart right Ingles, its way to easy for folks to compare prices these days.

I really like that its not crowded and you dont feel like you have to rush. The prices are just as good as any other place if not better in some cases.

Well let’s start with the cashier, her name was Alaina, she was very rude, throwing my products on the counter, she didn’t care about the glass bottles, and she said she was ready to go home, but she was mad at the people in the store, I have to say that they are some real nice people there, but this one was just rude with everyone in her line, she may need to get a different job somewhere else...

Always buy our birthday cakes there and it was good as usual.

Has more of a variety, prices are reasonable, deli subs are excellent, bakery is excellent as well. Clean store and good customer service.

Surprised to find many expired items (some several weeks past date) in their dairy products. Also, sale items were rang up at regular price. Watch carefully, it seems this store is not managed very well, as this just should not happen.

Its okay, but avoid the self checkouts. They are atrocious!! Could use better deals. Cheaper prices elsewhere.
