Friendly employees. Not great selection of car detailing products like microfiber. Basic stuff

Recently my car didn’t start, I thought it was my starter not even considering the battery. I did somehow get my car to start and I drove it to the advance auto parts on Stygler and Alger Road in Gahanna where a great guy named Kyle T. helped me figure out what was wrong. He determined that it was my battery and quickly replaced it under 15 minutes! Kyle T. has great customer service skills and I will definitely always shop at this location.

Like everywhere. CoVid19 has folks short handed here and there, but the staff present are helpful

I had one bad experience about a year ago, but since then its been a great experience every time, staff always helpful in everything I need.

Very kind knowledgeable staff. Quickly guided me to how to fix my problem and within 10 minutes I was in and out and back on the road.

The store used to be great. The last few times I’ve been in here over the last few months the staff has become very inattentive. I just waited 15 minutes to buy an octane booster. The staff seemed to be doing stuff other than helping customers at the counter. I’ll pick another auto parts store that wants yo help. Auto zone and O’reily’s is across the street.

Usually when I go the i see new faces but they are really helpful

I love this place, the people treat you as if you are a true family member. In a awesome way 😇 they always help me with no problem, no facial expressions, and no worries. Excellent staff very helpful

What a refreshing experience when I had one of those bad car trouble mornings. Had to get a jump start to get my car over there and they tested my battery and suggested that I didnt need a new one. After some trouble shooting, they replaced my battery for free after determining that the warranty was a few days passed the expiration. Big thank you to them, and Ill be recommending them to everyone.

As a young lady in her early 20s, I was a little nervous going to an Auto Place and asking for help; I was very pleasantly surprised to find out I had absolutely nothing to worry about! Shane helped me find out what was wrong with my car (the engine light was on and a fuse was blown out) and also fixed it- he used a spare fuse of mine and it didnt even cost me anything! He explained what was going on and fixed my problem in under 10 minutes (which was greatly appreciated!) Id like to give Shane a huge thanks and shout out- for top notch customer service and for being a huge help! You literally made my day, man! I did not go to Advance Auto Parts but for some reason I must have been parked in your one and Google maps thinks that I went inside. I have been in this store before and I have always found the employees very helpful and they always had what I needed

Dont take an old $100 bill there they wont accept they will tell you its fake because it doesnt have watermarks or the security strip last I checked the 1985 series $100 bills dont have any of those things they wouldnt even check it with a counterfeit pen dont go there theyll say your money is fake go somewhere else and spend your money
