Great team here. I used this shop last year and I was happy with the service.This time was also good. I came by late yesterday to have my tire repaired and these guys were swamped. DJ is managing the location right now and he told me to come by the next afternoon and he would take care of it.I came around 2pm and I waited a few minutes before DJ came out and we took a look at my tire. It had a screw in it but was not deep enough to compeletely puncture through and did not warrant a plug. The whole process took a couple minutes and I was on my way.

Great service, great price. My brakes feel brand new. DJ went the extra mile to make sure I had my car back in time for work. Overall amazing experience!

These guys are amazing! They always get me in and out for an oil change, do an excellent job and are the sweetest to work with. Tonight I randomly stopped because I ran over something while driving home from work, taking my tire pressure to almost nothing. I stopped for help, they got me right in, patched my tire, and didn’t charge me a thing!!!—meanwhile, Tire Discounters down the road (mind you, I ran over the piece of metal in front of their store, which is why I stopped there) didn’t have time for me, claiming they were closed, yet their doors were open & 4 men were chatting together at the front desk...all while my tire is going flat by the minute!! So anyways, this particular Tire Choice is my go-to location for amazing service and excellent quality work!! So appreciative for them every time!

I was ready for a hefty bill the manager Chris said the mass flow air sensor had come unplugged and there was no charge.

I called in late Sunday afternoon 1 hour before close, it was busy but Kirk said to come on by anyhow. I walked in and was immediately greeted and inspected.Not only does this location do a good job but they actually seem to care as well. Kirk was equally passionate and informative during the entire process.5 Star, I will miss him, but get Kirk promoted ASAP.

At 4:00pm on Memorial Day, I discovered a roofing nail in my rear passenger tire. I called Tire Choice on Hamilton Rd in Gahanna and they told me to come in even though I didnt have a appointment. When I arrived, we discovered I actually had THREE roofing nails in my tires. The guys quickly plugged them all FREE OF CHARGE and sent me on my way. Both mechanics were polite and professional. Made an appointment to replace a flat tire and received confirmation of the appointment. Showed up to appointment and the shop stated there is no record of an appointment, the tire is not in stock and none of their other stores have one. Shop workers were not helpful or friendly. Kept huffing and puffing because we made an online appointment and he didnt like online appointments.

On my way home I noticed a repetitive thumping noise consistent with my car speed. I was driving by the Tire Choice Center in Gahanna and decided to pull in the parking lot. Sure enough, I had a screw imbedded in my tire. Despite the fact that they closed in just a few minutes, the team there jumped on it and got me patched up in 15 minutes. Thanks for the great, professional and courteous service guys!!

I had the pleasure of running over a screw which was perfectly lodged in the middle of my tire. It was a pretty straight forward repair I figured. Made an appointment online, dropped off my car, they called me a few hours later to let me know the tire was repaired and I could pick it up. I stopped by and asked them how much it was. $30 maybe? $25? $20? Nope. Free. $0. I usually go to Pep Boys for any small maintenance, but I gotta say I was pretty impressed. It seems businesses these days try to nickel and dime you for anything they can, so it was refreshing to see a business actually try to earn a new customers loyalty rather than expecting it. Kudos for that. Ill definitely be returning whenever I need something done quickly, easily and reliably. Thanks!

Great fast service by super helpful and friendly staff!!I had just gotten new tires in Cleveland the week before when I suddenly got stranded just off N Hamilton with a huge flat. After I put my spare on, I immediately drove to the first place I saw. I walked into this location in the middle of the afternoon when they were clearly busy, and just said help I have a spare on but my tire needs fixed because I had to drive home to Cleveland that afternoon! They were immediately super helpful even though I had no idea what was wrong. Within half an hour I was out with my tire fixed (new valve stem) and put back on, they put my spare away and everything. And then didn’t charge me a penny!! So nice and helpful, when I had no idea what to do and had never had a flat before and I was in a rush and anxious! 10/10 recommend!!

I’ve been going here for years. The customer service is superb. I always feel like it’s money well spent. My vehicle is happy and I’m happy. The team here is friendly, knowledgeable, and will gladly answer any questions or concerns I have about my vehicles and services. I never feel rushed or like “just another number.” They consistently give me great prices, and are honest enough to let me know when a particular service is not needed. Service is also done in a timely manner, often quicker than what I anticipated. Herb and the team are great people. As I mentioned above, I have been a customer here for years... and it’s because I trust them. They do good business. The service is great, the people are great. I highly recommend this place and the team!

The quickest oil change I’ve ever had and the guys were very helpful. It was a lot less expensive than going to valvoline and they went above and beyond. Best customer service I’ve had in awhile and they weren’t pushy about anything which I really appreciate. Call them!

They spoke to me about 5 times : to discuss price, what I wanted to have done, discussed what needed done and my agreement for services, check up to let me know progress of break change and it was done. Very nice staff members, awaiting area clean . Coffee would have been nice..... great job

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Stated that services would be performed that never were and also completed services that didnt need to be done and charged for it. Upon getting caught, they lied, were dishonest, and continued to change the subject when asked about the services they were supposed to complete but did not. Raised their voice to talk over me and was yelling right there in the lobby area. Then proceeded to state that I shouldve went elsewhere and not to come back...no integrity whatsoever. Do not waste your money here!!! There is also racial and gender bias as the treatment was very different. I will never come back and as you see their response didnt address anything because they know theyre guilty. Have already contacted a lawyer and hope this business does better in the future.

Got two new tires. Tire pressure light was still on upon pick up (and still on 5 days later). They did not rotate the new tires to the front and left the stickers on the tires. Very lazy service. Would not recommend or go back. Also one of the workers was making out with his girlfriend next to my car when I arrived to pick it up.. I love love but that is so unprofessional.Online scheduling was easy and quick.

Its hard to find a good trustworthy shop when moving to a new city and I think I found one. I was so impressed with the service and the knowledge from this shop. Zack and the team are amazing. I was in town for a funeral From Chicago and on the way, I found a huge nail in my tire, so he inflations was off. Needless to say I didn’t feel comfortable driving 6 hours home. I called the shop and Zack answered. He was so attentive and was able to get me in quickly. I can’t tell you how amazing and friendly they were and were able to fix everything quickly. I have never been so impressed with such great customer service. I highly recommend them. Zack was just truly wonderful!

Great service! In a day when you are not sure how or what mechanics will try to sell you.... Lawrence was upfront, honest and showed me everything. Sure it costs money, repairs do cost but I was happy to spend my money and they did such a great job! I will keep coming back and recommend to everyone!

Wanted to replace several items, brought to my mechanic to find out all items were in reasonable working condition and not in need of replacement. The 2 guys behind the counter consistently made comments, while I was standing in front of them, on who could make more sales as a competition, which makes me think they are more inclined to sell than to fix. Good experience at other Monro Tires, just not this one. For those of you who gave 4/5 stars, I would be really curious if another reputable mechanic would have fixed your vehicle...just something to think about.

I stopped in the Gahanna shop today to get my truck tire worked on after running over a nail. (After being quoted a 2 1/2 hr wait at two other shops I’m thankful I found this shop)Zack was amazing and got us in right away with no wait! The guys in the shop were fast & did great work to get the tire fixed! Zack was super friendly and chatted with us, kept us up to speed with what was going on with the tire & so helpful!I’m SO thankful I found this shop and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done...Amazing customer service!!!!

Customer service was good. I was stuck there waiting for 4 hrs for my insurance to get it together and send a tow truck. I finally got a ride, but unfortunately had to leave my truck behind. I remember how I left it, and in what condition to. An hour later I was called by the tow truck driver that sent pics to me in what condition my truck was found and left in. Mind you before I left I was told it would be safe left there and not to worry. Yeah never again will that happen. Im no genius, but I was informed that my rear axle and differential was leaking. Thats transmission fluid from the front end leaking down. Seriously? I dont know who did it, but you would think if they said your vehicle will be safe you could trust that. In only an hour it was doing this? I had to jump my truck before I went there and there was nothing red or wet when I left home, or when I got there, and when i finally left my vehicle to go across the street at Kroger (pay bills and etc)to receive a call about an hour later for it looking like and doing this. And things messed with inside my truck which I wont mention on here that I know how I left.

I have ways had an amazing experience with Monroe. They are always able to explain what is wrong and also show the parts so I understand better. Zack and Greg especially were a big help. They made me feel comfortable to leave my vehicle with them. I will be back for any further services in the future. Thanks again guys!!

These guys are very good. They took care of my muffler on my old car with honesty and integrity. Today they stopped to help top off my air pressure to help diagnose a pressure alarm at zero charge or inconvenience. Strongly recommend.

I had a slow leak in my tire. Lawrence Monroe was efficient and fast. The entire process was completely painless! I have used this shop before and recommend them without any hesitation!!!!

They got me in for a tire repair on short notice and quickly fixed the tire and got me out in 20 minutes. The tech said the repair was simple and did not charge me. I have had cars in here previously and they do a good job on big and small repairs.

I have been in Columbus for about 2 years and I have finally found a full service garage that I like. The employees are polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. I have taken my daughters car there and my own. I want to especially thank C. Ogle for the wonderful work today on my car, he changed the wiper motor linkage and for no charge recalibrated my low tire sensors which other shops wanted to charge for it with out even looking at the car.

Amazing service from Zach and Lawrence to name a few. A specialist patched my tire at no charge and I received quick quality windshield wipers for a low price. I always receive next day appointments and upfront communication on all issues. Will return for additional repairs as needed.

Have taken my car here a few times. Work is always done promptly, however the first time i was told i need an alternator when i only needed a battery. Recently i took it in and was charged for a service they told me i didnt really need, however they did it anyway instead of calling me.

Ive always appreciated the customer service, up until now. I was sad to see the manager has been replaced with a young man who clearly has no work ethic. His better-than-everyone attitude and lack of personality was NOT what Im used to. He reminds me of a creepy used car salesman. If Monro is going to hire boys with crappy attitudes and no desire to work, Ill take my business elsewhere. Its a shame, the location is convenient for my husband and I!Real men work, real men arent afraid to get dirt on their pretty shirts. Being in charge does not mean barking orders. Please let me know if Herb will be returning to this location. Until then, we wont be back.

Have had many repairs done here over the years and will definitely continue to go back. Honestly, dont know how their prices compare with others, but I never have problems with the work. And they definitely do not push or con you into doing work that doesnt need to be done.

I had time to get it fixed this evening and called 3 local repair shops and was told can’t get you in until later in the week or next week. I pulled I. Threw the keys at Zack the manager and my car was on the lift in 2 minutes. Yep it was a screw. Tire was plunged and out in 12 mins. 5 stars from me

This was my first time at this location. I made an appointment for an oil change. I showed up a bit early. They got me right in. They did a safety inspection and found an issue with my brakes.
