If I could do no stars, I would. Its terrible when you call and no one answers the phone. I call back and was put on hold. After 5 minutes of waiting, I was hung up on. I tried to call back but no answer. Is this how you run a business? I really think the owner or boss could care less. Oh well, I guess I wont call them again!!!
Great experience! I did the delivery service option and the box of goodies were perfect. They really loved it. The delivery man called me right before it was being delivered. It was on time and fresh. A+
Having to use this rating system, Id say three stars is average, competent. Im giving this one star because I dont even want to call to make anything right. I just dont see the point. Hopefully this review will be outdated one day. So just a brief rundown. When I ordered, I did put the wrong address. Unfortunately, theres no way to change it online, or even email the store. So, I called the next day. Dont know who I talked to, but that 5 minute call to change an address made me want to cancel. I was transferred from the front desk to someone else, someone higher I suppose. I knew from that call, it would be delivered to the wrong address. The day of, it was. The neighbor did call the intended recipient and was able to retrieve the goods. When the product was finally in correct hands, Items were missing or changed. Maybe this is normal, but you tell me, candied nuts instead of chocolates. I wasnt happy at all with the experience. Keep in mind, I paid $130 for this service. So there are three reasons why Im giving this a one star. Abhorrent customer service for the price, delivered to the wrong address, and the products I ordered being wrong or replaced.
Did not deliver the right balloons or basket. The fruit was fine though. Just wish I wouldβve received what I actually paid for
Horrible customer service here. The woman who answered the phone clearly hates herself and everyone else. She was rude and condescending. I know they donβt care if I come there, but I definitely wonβt to any location. The arrangements are overpriced anyways. ππ
**EDIT- one month, 3 emails and a google review later, still no response from Linda (the owner).Ordered my free member rewards birthday box and 2 pineapple pops. After 7 phone calls from customer service and the location they said they got my coupon code to work and I would only be charged for my pineapple pops. I went up to the door to pick the item up, Linda took my card (with her fruit covered gloves) and didnt tell me my total. (My fault too I guess since I assumed they were charging me only for the pineapple pops) I realized my bag is bigger than expected and I look at my receipt. $37. They charged me for a box and my pineapple pops and gave me a free box. Had I wanted 2 dozen dipped fruit, I would have ordered that. Maybe they should choose not to participate in the rewards program if they are unwilling to fulfill those orders. Linda also seemed so frustrated with me over the phone. Ellie (I believe was her name) was very nice though! We wont be returning to this location, I would rather drive out of my way to another location that has better customer service.
We didnt get the right vase. They were out of the popcorn the day we picked up. Didnt call or email me to change it. I called to make sure it was ready and then they told me. When I pulled up for curbside pickup I called 3 times and no answer. Finally an employee just walked out a d ask my name.
Awful customer service! Take your business elsewhere. A friend ordered an edible arrangement for my wife and I because our babies were in the hospital. The delivery driver called me twice within 5 minutes while I had my baby on my chest. He first told me on the voicemail that my address was incorrect (which it wasnβt) and that I needed to call right away. Then called again to tell me if I didnβt return the call he would skip me and Iβd have to go pick it up at the store or call for a different delivery. When I called the store to reschedule the delivery, I was given attitude by another employee and told that they had attempted to deliver 3 times, which I was not aware of because it was supposed to be a surprise. They were unable to accommodate a delivery time outside of 10-5 which is when we are at the hospital everyday, so I had to go pick it up myself. Spoke with the manager at the store and she essentially did nothing.. not even apologize for the two staff that were rude to me. On top of that, the strawberries in the arrangement were going bad so not exactly the type of thing you want to eat.
Wife ordered me an arrangement to be delivered the day before Valentineβs 2021, it just arrived today the 18th, judging from most of the reviews this place just can not get it together.
Made online order over a week before delivery was scheduled. Understanding the the delivery times are not guaranteed, I did not rush them. Everything turned out perfect. Only location I use.
First time ordering here and I dont think I ever will again. I ordered a birthday gift basket to be delivered next day. They never said anything about the time it would be delivered. Fast forward to day of and I missed the delivery. Called twice, no one answered. Drove there to pick it up at 3pm and the doors were locked? The hours say they close at 5. Tried AGAIN next day. Called, no one answered. Went there again an hour before close, and the doors locked. Lol cant win.
Wanted a birthday gift for my wife. While the site says βcan not guarantee delivery timesβ it also says that you can make a request. So when I called in to order, I asked for an AM delivery. I was told the shop opens at 9 and drivers arrive at 10am, and that they would make a note that I requested an AM delivery. But called 10:30 day of the delivery and was told there was no note on my order and delivery doesnβt start until 11am. My wife has afternoon plans and no one will be home to accept the delivery, so might be a bust. Will update once it delivers and change review accordingly...Update: despite the issues with communication, the sweets arrived just before she had to leave so all good here! Thanks!
I ordered 3 trays for a recent event. The display was lovely and the fruit was fresh. The delivery was on time. I placed my order only a few days before the event and it was such an easy, smooth process I will definitely use them for future events!

Perhaps they have made some changes in personnel since the last reviews were written. They were friendly, helpful, and provided me with an attractive arrangement of delicious fruit. It was ready when I arrived, and I enjoyed a couple of the chocolate dipped strawberries that were on display in the store. I will definitely go back for more!
My mom recently received a beautiful get well arrangement. I was with her when it was received. My mom could not stop talking about it and just how gorgeous and fresh the fruit looked and tasted. Hats off to the Gahanna, Ohio Hamilton Rd location! Ill keep you on speed dial!!
Worst Customer Service Ever!I am giving this experience one star, only because I canβt give it zero.Simply put, under no circumstances should you buy from here. On Jan. 31 I ordered my wife a gift for Valentineβs Day and specifically stated that it was being delivered to a business and they close at 5 p.m. Around 4:45 that afternoon I was surprised that the gift had not yet been acknowledged, so I gave in and asked if a delivery was received. Sure enough, it was not delivered so a call had to be placed to the store. After being put on hold for over 25 minutes, the hold music stopped and a message came on saying nobody was available and to try back later. The next day she called and they flat out admitted they donβt know what happened. They tried to state that it was a last minute order and that was a contributing factor, but I am in possession of the receipt that shows the order was placed on 1/31.The next best solution in my mind was to have them deliver it to our house in Grove City the next day. Had they done this, we likely would have taken it as an honest mistake and moved on with no issues. Not surprisingly, they stated they could not deliver to Grove City.Fast forward to Tuesday, 2/19: The purchased arrangement was finally delivered to my wife at work. THE SALES RECEIPT WAS ATTACHED TO THE ARRANGEMENT. This is likely one of the tackiest and laziest measures that I have ever seen from a company. I reached out to the company numerous times on Facebook and they were unresponsive until I made it known that I reached out to corporate regarding the issue.Save yourself a lot of time and money - order from somewhere else.*Store 1313 on N. High St. did their part to make this right by delivering another arrangement and a box of chocolate dipped strawberries to my wife at work on 2/25.
The experience was bad I called to place a order and it all went wrong the manager has no customer service experience at all and acted like she donβt even care I will never ever order from ediable arrangements again!!! They said my transaction was voided and the money was still taken from my account I had to have my bank dispute this so I can get my money back so yes they charged my card and took money out of my bank for something I didnβt even get!!!!
Do not waste your money or time ordering from this location. I ordered my dad an arrangement for Fathers Day. When he received the order it was not complete. I was charged for balloons that he never received. The worst part was that when I called they told me that they ran out but I was still charged. I was told I was going to be refunded but itβs been almost a month and the money still has not been returned. I wouldnβt trust this location and would shop from another edible arrangements.
Edible arrangements? I had an arrangement with a guy in an alleyway, and the cardboard box sure as all hell was NOT edible.
I went to this Gahanna store on Friday August 17th to order an arrangement for my boss who was seriously injured and had major surgery. The lady who took my order was very professional and even gave me a discount on my order. She gave me a sample chocolate covered strawberry because i mentioned i only wanted one and did not want to make another purchase at the time. The delivery date needed changed because there were some delays with my boss going home on the selected date. When i called the store to discuss changing the delivery date i spoke with Linda, she was very understanding and put my order on hold. I called the store back again to change the date again and i spoke with Cindy, she was fully aware of what was going on as Linda had explained the situation upon ending her shift. Cindy was very helpful and understanding and told me to just take my time and once i know if my boss is home she will be glad to have my order delivered and she assured me that the bouquet will be fresh and not to worry. Best customer service i have experienced yet! Thank you Edible Arrangements staff for all of the hard work you do for us customers.
If I could give this zero stars I absolutely would. My 130$ arrangement was βdeliveredβ to my work 3 hours ago. Except it wasnβt. The number listed in the emails, on their website, and google is not a business phone number. It is a number for a woman named Linda Pearcy, and there is no option for a voicemail. I have made multiple calls since the supposed delivery hours ago, confirmed with their corporate office it was in the status indicating it was delivered, and have not received a call back. I have a call in to corporate in an attempt to rectify this situation, but am still waiting. I have no idea when, or if, this will even be handled appropriately but it has been a costly lesson. DO NOT USE THIS βBUSINESSβ
I ordered for same day delivery tried callings 3 days in a row and noone answered the phone. What I ordered was never delivered and still have no way of getting a hold of someone. I am highly upset about this and I placed the order before 12 pm as it stated and my friend never got their gift.
Its not that spectacular but not really bad either. I dont have much to brag or complain about which is why the 3β rating. Oh yeah, theyre a little pricey, the reason being they probably dont do nearly as much business during the rest of the year as I saw them do on Valentines Day. Still 3βs
Was told 5pm delivery to business and yet 6 pm and still nothing . So my boyfriend is out $100 no call nothing . He was trying to deliver to my job which is closed on the weekend . So hopefully they attempt the billing address tomorrow? Or at least freaking call !!!

Before I came in I called to make sure I was going to the right one in Gahanna the woman on the phone was rude so that kind of bothered me. Anyway, I went in to pick up my edible arrangement gift for Valentines Day and they forgot to give me the message my fiancΓ© wrote. I called them on the way home asking if there was a message, a different lady on the phone said it should be in the box. When I got home I looked and saw it wasnt so I called again. When I told them the situation they READ my PERSONAL MESSAGE out loud over the phone. I never asked her to do that I asked her if she could reprint it and she acted as if that was ridiculous. I like the chocolate covered fruit but future reference men do not get the heart candies on them theyre too hard and cut up the mouth.

This location has made me NEVER order edible arrangements again. The staff is worthless. I was on hold for 25 mins after the woman mistakes me for a associates husband. They were rude and unprofessional. Dont waste your money on a business that doesnt care about the customer or the services they provide. The arangment was all jacked up and nasty.
