Very disappointed in this store. Bought some bottles of wine that I thought were discounted. However the discount was not applied. I brought this up to the store associate and he relayed the information to the manager.They stated that since it was alcohol they could not refund my money. Then I asked utilizing a gift card for the amount owed. I was told no. Im very disappointed in my experience and will shop somewhere else. Plenty of competitors..

I placed my order on the evening of 8/23/21, to arrive 8/24 between 9am &11am. Never received my order. I had to contact the driver Shao was having system issues. I was understanding. My order that was out for delivery ended up back at Kroger and was marked as delivered. I called Kroger who contacted instacart. Just to find they rescheduled my order without my knowledge. It was to arrive between 4:30pm and 5pm. I was assigned yet another driver/ shopper that clearly picked up all my items again. Just for me to get a call from instacart saying they will deliver by 9am tonight. I called Kroger just to be placed on hold then hung up on. Not happy with the service or lack there of today. Ended up having to cancel my complete order. Still waiting on my funds to be refunded.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Fruits and Vegetables are molded, rude staff, also click list super slow everyone just stands there, and the BATHROOMS had feces all over the toilet...very ghetto.

We were checking out at the self check out. 03-06-21. Approximately 9:30pm. We were trying to get the cashier several times for assistance. The machine wouldnt take our cash or our debit card why, dont know. He ignores us when trying to get his attention. Which leads one thing to another the Manager showed up then the cashier called my wife a lire 2 times in front of the store Manager. The managers say nothing to him about that. The first time I let it go but not the second. The store Manager should have stopped him the first time he Disrespected my wife. That is uncalled for the Managers to let their employees act this way toward there customers. They humilated my wife. This is the way Krogers takes care of there Customer in a Wheelchair and cant even walk or use there arms or hands. Pure Humiliation, and Disrespect. Not only that they never gave her back the coupons she gave to them. And No Apology.

Not thrilled with the rude lady at the liquor store today. Not happy getting scolded for bringing one item in with me, to make my checkout convenient. Really glad she then flipped my sushi upside down as she put in the bag.

This is where I always do my weekly grocery shopping. The facility is clean, the employees are extremely friendly, and they have an immense selection of groceries. Ive even gotten some clothing products from here before as well.

Its a kroger. Kind of annoying when they close one of the doors and make you go to another, and its strange they have less of a selection than stoneridge but its still a Kroger you know what to expect.

This is always my go to grocery because its close, love the app for fuel reward tracking, coupon and digital savings, easy to navigate and search by aisle of needed. Prices are lower than giant eagle which are the two closest big chain grocery in heart of Gahanna.

There are two Kroger stores that are closer to me than this location, but I prefer to go the extra way here for a better customer experience! This store is always clean and the employees are helpful, friendly, and willing to assist.

Half the strawberry cartons had mold. That kinda grossed me out. I hope they arent always like this.Otherwise, the store has a great selection of products and produce. Just be sure to check your items thoroughly before purchasing. 👍

The store is clean and I like the grocery dept. However, I am not thrilled with there pharmacy personnel. Young man was second time and last.second time with him.

This Kroger is the better of the two on Hamilton road. Their produce is much better quality.

I went here today on a normal bi-weekly grocery trip, as I have now for 10+ years and used the Scan and go. The employee working the U-Scan essentially told my husband and I that we were stealing, stating they were unable to locate items while performing a check of the items in our bags. After making us feel like criminals and standing and watching us unbag our items and have to rescan all of them due to the employee deleting our order. They never even offered to have one of their employees assist to ring us out with 2 FULL carts. I was totally embarrassed and felt as if I was the one causing the problem. Needless to say the item count was the same the second time we scanned all 100+ items, as was the first. Until the employees and their attitudes change or possibly management getting better and keeping their employees in line, I will NEVER return to this location.

The service at the Starbucks is way too slow. Your store is busy on the weekends, make sure there are more than 2 workers there.

Great grocery store like most Krogers.

The man who pushes carts and does self checkout helped us recover a lost phone that we left at self checkout. He went above and beyond to make sure we got it even when other people just said they didn’t have a key. We’re so thankful!!!

Its become my place to shop. The curbside pickup could only be easier if someone else paid for it and picked it up.

Told 4:30 for pick up. Drove all the way back at 4:35 was told won’t be ready till 5:00 be oSee pharmacist was on break. Not an “I’m sorry”. Nothing. girl showed 0 empathy. Just “well there’s nothing I can do”You just lost my pharmacy business AND my grocery business here ($800/month)

Thank you for your hard work and bring open during this crisis. Its comforting to know my regular neighborhood store is here for me. All the cashiers were very friendly and kept a smile on, which is difficult to do in these uncertain times.

It’s usually a great place to shop. We usually come at midnight. But today we came on a Saturday afternoon. The manager Rick was very rude and completely barreled through my husband and I.

Enjoyed my first visit to a Kroger Marketplace. They have a great selection of food items, their florist area was very nice and cant shop without a Starbucks beverage and then when you think youve seen it all then you are all the sudden in a department store. I was very pleasantly surprised and actually liked grocery shopping this week.

No dressing room attendant. Called. Still waited 10 minutes for someone to show. Tried on pants. They didnt fit. Went to get another size. Attendant had disappeared again, so once again I couldnt get a dressing room. I didnt bother calling again. Left without making a purchase. If you arent going to man an area, get rid of it. On a brighter note, the store was clean, and the selection of clothes were cute.

I can not say enough about how fantastic this Marketplace is. We travel from another city to shop here even though we have 2 Kroger locations. The selection is amazing. Customer service is wonderful. Cleanliness, 10/10. I know we will always be able to find what we are looking for here.

Ive begun branching out and going to other Krogers and it has really shown how lackluster this one is. The deli is consistently the slowest, the produce is the worst, and it is not well stocked. They try to stock everything and do it badly. The starbucks doesnt know how to make anything other than the most simple drinks properly either.

Love this Kroger and spent way too much $ on a few occasions. It’s got decent clothes, toys, home goods, groceries, and all sorts of things everyday Kroger’s don’t have... it’s like a mini meijer kind of.. but some of the stuff is better quality...

Every time Ive been in people are very polite willing to help and very fast at ringing people out. Best Kroger Ive been to for sure. And I did not get the guys name but he was a stalker and it looked like he had stretched holes but did not have his earrings in I hope that helps he was a very nice guy he helped me with the Keurig coffee pots helped explain them even give the benefits versus the other, which totally blew me away. Faith in humanity restored

This specific Kroger have very poor customer service and the managers never seem to be around.and customer service is terrible don’t even waist your time speaking with them,I will recommend u visit the branch in Whitehall over this one

An amazing place for food and such. The staff are always kind and offer help if I cant find something. The store layout is perfect and its usually easy to find things even if you dont normally buy them.

Great place to shop for the best part the self checkout attendant usually is wandering off talking or doing something non work related so if u need assistance youll wait sorry to say. Watch out for those associates with the click list charts they will run you over or block the whole aisle with no regard for people actually shopping IN the store

Love the fact that this location is open until 1 am. Clean safe area.The market place is great, but same lately the isles are being cram packed with items.Easy party as well.

I like this Kroger. Clean, well organized and friendly staff. Worth noting that after a certain time at night, only self checkouts are available. A real drawback if you have a large order or non-digital coupons.

Was today in pharmacy and try to find prices on medicine what I normally buy in competitor Costco. Showed them slip from Costco to give prices. Kroger dont do it prices using slip from Costco. I dont have prescription on my hands. Normally my medical office send prescription to store. Simply Kroger pharmacy loose a customer today.

The meat department is great but produce not so much... I bought a watermelon that felt right looked ripe half of it was red the other half was white.... Buyer be ware when picking fruit at Kroger

This Market Place has a system in place where you can scan and bag your groceries as you go, it doesnt take much more time. When your finished go to the self check out point the scanner at the machine, it downloads to the register, you pay and go. Groceries are already bagged the way you want them and you leave. Groceries are put in the cart once and load them in your car. The lines do not seem to be long.

This may be the nicest Kroger in the chain! Always very clean and well stocked. The employees are great!

I am going to miss this Kroger when I move. I started to get to know some of the employees. They have a good selection on everything I ever wanted.Nice and helpful employees; some of which are disabled. I love that Kroger gave them a good job. Most employees look happy too.

Every time I go there to buy a sale item in the.meat/seafood like this pass add for bacon for $2.77. I went in ea day. And sold out every time.

So I went to the Kroger on S 300 Hamilton rd in gahanna. I was stopped and asked for my receipt when loading groceries in my car. I told the woman at self check out (who I see several times a week) to have a nice day, and because she wasn’t watching the registers she just assumed I stole all $107 worth of my groceries. No sensors went off when leaving, there was nothing to indicate I had stolen anything. When speaking to one manager she told me that because she thought she recognized me she spared me from having loss prevention come out to me. I gave her my receipt and said I am here every other day almost. She responds “not everyone knows you”, when i was demonstrating I am a loyal Kroger customer, specifically to that store. I was embarrassed that they approached me in the parking lot like some criminal because I used the self check out service that you offer. I spoke with another manager at that store who was a bit more understanding of my frustration, but overall they handled that incredibly poorly, should have looked at the cameras at self check out to see that I had paid instead of chasing after me in the parking lot. This was incredibly uncalled for and obviously there needs to be more people paying attention to the registers to ensure that you are stopping people who are actually doing something wrong instead of stopping paying customers who were picking up their groceries for the week.

Great Kroger location. People are helpful. The only tip to remember is if you are wanting sale produce, dont shop weekend evenings. They are usually out.

This review is for the Home Delivery Service from 300 N Hamilton. My 87 year old Mother ordered her first Home Delivery and will never do it again. Several of her items were not delivered and one item was dropped on the way into her apartment by the delivery person and broken. The delivery person told her she would need to contact the store to request a refund because it wasnt something she could do on her end and also did not have a phone number my Mom could call to request the refund. She was charged a $10 delivery fee for this horrible service.

Just here and a young man whose name I’m soooo not sure of, but I think Kash???, in aisle 11 or 13 is checking me out like a speed machine!!! And he was so darling and chipper and lively!!!! Kids going to go far!!! Says he wants to be a ups driver. That’s noble but I see him running UPS.

Kroger pharmacy staff was so helpful. I was having difficulty with my insurance and getting my medications. They were able to contact my insurance company and get the correct billing number so I could get the medications I need to keep me healthy. Thank you for yoir concern for my health!

Best Kroger in Gahanna/East Columbus area. Its a Marketplace, hence has a lot more sections than regular Krogers.The store is really clean and Produce as well as other sections is always well stocked.The staff is well behaved and there is a Starbucks inside.I love the newly implemented Scan bag go feature as it is really convenient.

The people employed there act like the customer is a pain in the *ss. Thats if theyre around. Will not be back. The service in the Whitehall store is more friendly and helpful!

Occasionally, I shop at the Krogers off of Executive Pkwy in Westerville, but tried this location because its near my Planet Fitness. Very nice store; staff is courteous. Would love to shop with Krogers more, but you can only pay by credit or debit with their curbside service (Click-List). I have the option of paying cash or check via Curbside (Giant Eagle). Sorry Krogers. . . .plus your fuel points program needs an overhaul.

I do like this store but they dont keep things stocked and I think its because they need more workers to do this. Always clean and friendly people. Never have to wait long to cash out.

They have a large selection of items at good prices. They sometimes have good specials on beef. I hate Walmart so anything is better than that store.

I tend not to go to this Kroger. Its not only groceries but clothes, food and jewelry. I like the Krogers that focus on what they are, grocery stores. Also navigating around inside this Kroger always seems to be confusing. Ill stop here for one or two things and never had a serious problem, but for my weekly groceries I go somewhere else.

This Kroger is gone downhill a lot! It actually used to be a good Kroger but now it seems like they made all that room for the merchandise like clothing and shoes and whatnot at the expense of the actual groceries that people think to purchase at a Kroger.

This Kroger is always busy. Its got a large selection, but many times it seems like the staff just cant keep up with the demand because the shelves are always missing items. The produce is always good and they always have plenty of lanes open, so its a fast experience. They also have clicklist which is awesome! Order online and just pick up without ever getting out of the car.

I know this store well. From my perspective it does a pretty good job overall.

We shop here for convenience. For some reason, the pharmacy is always opening later than theyre posted times reflect. But good selection of food and drinks. Well continue to shop here while we live in the area.

Management at this store is highly incompetent. None of them are on the same page and are always never to be found. One manager especially, Ray, seems to treat his employees extremely poorly. I’ve heard this store is for management trainees, but I’d like for once to see someone who knows what they are doing in charge.The employees outside of management are very nice. Jasmina and Justin were extremely helpful and kind. My bagger Ashton was great too, he was very sweet.My only other complaint is that there’s never any small carts in the store.

Always a great selection and usually great availability of products even if the organization is not always ideal and constant stocking usually means there are pallets or employee carts in the way sometimes. The extras like a salad bar, antipasti bar, sushi, and an amazing bakery section help make up for that.

It is a good Market place. The store is huge. They offer click list (a buy online and pick up at the store service). Also they have a liquor store. What more could you want?

If youve ever imagined what it would be like to raid a grocery store during a global epidemic (or rummage through what remains post-apocalypse) look no further than this local Kroger. Complete and utter chaos 7 days a week. Basic grocery essentials like cheese, coffee creamer and tomato sauce are constantly out of stock. And forget about your Free Friday Download all together, or anything with a coupon for that matter...by the time they get it back in, itll be expired. Even the pharmacy cant seem to keep the Kroger Brand cold medication on hand.I have given them over a year to get it together, but I can NEVER get even 75% of whats on my list in one trip...love the app and Simple Truth/Private Selection brands but no good if I can never actually find them. You will have better luck shopping the grocery section of Dollar Tree than this Kroger.

The layout of the groceries is very clunky. The dinnerware separates the bakery, deli, meat counter from the rest of the groceries. It just doesnt make sense, and doesnt flow. Nothing seems to be where it should be, and the organic section is basically hidden. You wouldnt even know its there. First time I entered this Kroger, I spent nearly an hour searching for simple groceries. I would recommend that if theres a Kroger a little farther from you, to go to that one instead.

This store is wonderful! So many options, a kind, welcoming and ready-to-help staff. Everything is always fresh, and their lunch options are great (hot soup bar, salad bar, and warm food options) for a lunch break.

We were so thirsty, we also went to great clips for a couple hair cuts first.

I have been going to this store for years. That being said I am to the point of not going back. The people with the check list carts take up most of the isle and are rude. There is an older lady in the meat department that if she is working i will not deal with she seems so unhappy and rude. Most of the people working the front are busy with their phones, I do not think the cashier made eye contact with me once because she was texting.

This is a nice Kroger. I usually go to the in Reynoldsburg on East Broad. I happened to be in Gahanna. I also used the Scan and go. It was so easy.

I really like the market place, but increasingly I notice that it is harder to navigate the aisles. There is always someone or something in the way, especially the carts they are using to pull the orders for the drive up service. There was also a table with a gigantic round of cheese that was so close to the cheese cooler that a shopping cart wouldnt fit between the two. Another customer tried to move it, but it was too heavy.There always seems to be skids in the frozen food aisle, with clerks stocking on both sides, no way around. I think that they should consider doing this after hours. There is a row of meat coolers along the back of the store in front of the ones along the wall that usually has a cart and a clerk blocking the aisle as well. If they would move their cart to the outside of the aisle, people and their carts could probably pass okay.I wonder sometimes if Kroger would rather everyone use the drive up ordering and do away with the public store altogether.

One of the first Kroger Marketplaces in the area and a much needed upgrade from the old Kroger on Hamilton. Great for quick trips and long stocking trips. Store is clean and staff is friendly.
