Got the Reg Lobster/Ice cream combo-The ice cream is amazingly rich and so satisfying. Fun to watch them roll these flavors! I got to create my own and it tasted exactly how I imagined. The lobster was not what I expected and it was definitely good!! No need to get the large unless youre just super hungry. The Sprite tied it all together. Weird but great combination.😊

Absolutely loved it! It was really cool watching them make the ice cream and is a really cool idea! I got the mint with brownie and I can definitely recommend it and this place for anyone looking for somewhere new!

The worst experience ever!!! On Monday evening October 18, I ordered a jumbo Lobster Roll that tasted and smelled like ammonia. This happens when the Lobster is spoiled. This location is horrendous!!! Selling spoiled seafood to their customers and very poor customer service. Ice Cream Rollery please stick to just selling ice cream!!

Excellent customer service. The experience from beginning to end was enjoyable especially watching them make your ice cream rolls and choosing the added extra deliciousness from chocolate oh, caramel,and nuts I can go on! Great price to boot, all I can say is my guilty pleasure. Sorry only a picture of the empty container or was delicious!

I will be honest and say I love the lobster rolls but not the service. I always leave there wondering why the employees seem so down. Today was no exception. At first, I thought everyone was just having a bad day. After several visits with the same experience, It made me think otherwise. What does the company do to boost employee morale? Maybe I’m just used to the upbeat employees down the road at Chick- fil-A 🤷🏾‍♀️.

Staff was awkward. They were always on their phones but ice cream was good

I was very disappointed in my visit I spent over $40 the lady who’s making my ice cream lost one of my root ice cream rolls so I only end up getting three meanwhile they forgot I ordered another ice cream and I had to tell them that not to mention the lobster was so soggy I won’t be back spending that type of money

Just left after stopping by with my family and will never be returning. We were not even acknowledged until standing there for 10 minutes even though no one else was waiting. Then waited 20 minutes for them to make our order because they have one person working each order instead of multiple people. It turned out they lost one of the cups which is apparently their only way of keeping track of the order. Afraid I’d be waiting 20 more minutes for them to make the missing bowl I asked to be refunded and they did so.. but with no attempt at making the situation right or apologizing for the error. We will never be returning.

The smell of the lobster is over whelming when entering the store, so be prepared. The menu was nice to give suggestions and the man working was good. The chocolate ice cream though was just lackluster.

I literally just finished my Lobster Roll & had to hop online to leave a review. It was absolutely delicious & overflowing with seafood (I had the large roll).The price was comparable to rolls Ive seen out-of-state so they are on target. If you do get sticker shock, I can assure you it is well worth EVERY penny!The young man I spoke with prior to placing my order was incredibly pleasant when helping with ordering recommendations, as well as when i arrived for my curbside pick-up.I absolutely will be returning!Whoops! I almost forgot to mention the ice cream. Ive only taken one bite (because Ive still savoring that roll), but it was good, as well. I had the cookie dough.

When I received my finished product it looked as if half of it was eaten already and I watched them make the whole thing. I posted two pictures of it, make of it what you will but those pictures were taken as soon as I received it before I even left the counter just didnt have time to write this out at the time.

The ice cream and lobster rolls are really good and they now offer crab rolls. The customer service is always good. The combination of the food and service will definitely have you returning.

The lobster roll smelled so good I couldnt wait til I got home. Had to devour it in my car in the parking lot. Wait times are long for good reason. It was definitely worth it

While the ice cream was great, the customer service was NOT. I have to also agree with another reviewer who said, Servers were not friendly, did not acknowledge customers and were absolutely not in a hurry or apologetic. I also placed my order online, paid in advance, arrived shortly after the time my order was supposed to be ready but still had to wait a while for my ice cream. Please provide customer service training to your staff. The we dont care were only here to get paid attitude will not keep you in business.

Dont know any ice cream places that does it like Ice Cream Rollery unless I go on YouTube. What place do you know that haves rolled ice cream that you can pick up and eat like a chicken tender? Im happy their more close to me as well. Trust me they have ALL the variations you need to fix how youre feeling that day.

As a flight attendent who has ate lobster rolls all over the East coast with out taking a bite this has to stay on the menu based on the amount of lobster that is in this freaking bun.After taking a bite this has to stay on the menu. Very good and true to the lobster roll taste. Priced reasonably and great service.So refreshing to see young people out here working.

Oh my god, that lobster roll is NOT messing around. I got the jumbo (with 50% more meat) and it was falling off the bun, that bad boy was so full. Buttery toasted roll, little bit of mayo, fresh herbs, and LOBSTER. Simply heavenly.

Ice cream rolls were outstanding!! I wanted to see why there was such a buzz and now I know. It’s now our treat and well worth my 20 minute drive.

Found out through a friend from college this opened up. Never heard of it but once I saw the pictures I just had to go in. The staff was very accommodating with COVID-19 restrictions. They limit people inside to 6. The two young ladies at the counter helped me find something I thoroughly enjoyed. I got the recess peanut butter cup. The portion was huge for the price I paid and well worth it. I have already let numerous friends know about this. Will be my cheat meal all summer :)

I rarely leave reviews but the service here was beyond terrible. Placed a curbside pick up order for almost $100 for warm lobster rolls and ice cream rolls. They did not come out to the car. We went in. Lobster rolls were ready but hadn’t even started on ice cream rolls. Meanwhile other people walked in and got rolls made for them while ours still weren’t done. Waited for 30 min and only two ice cream rolls done, still waiting on third. Servers were not friendly, did not acknowledge customers and were absolutely not in a hurry or apologetic. The lobster rolls were pathetic to top it off, for $17 each. Won’t be coming back here. Very disappointed.

There was a long strand of hair in the middle of my ice cream. I know because I had to pull it out of my mouth. I am disgusted and won’t be returning. In the day of Covid, these things should not be happening. This is nasty.I took a picture of the hair that was covered in ice cream.

The Ice Cream was great, and the Lobster roll was great. Unfortunately I ordered in advance via online for Curbside pickup. It seems they are a bit understaffed between the phones and folks bringing food out which caused some delays after we arrived (~10mins). Had to keep calling and getting a generic answer box unavailable message before someone picked up. Bit of a disconnect when the order is ready and when they bring it out. In addition, after we got home with our $65 order, we realized a lobster sandwich was missing ($17.50) and they were unable to refund me on the phone so that was an expensive mishap. Hopefully they setup a voicemail system/answering service and get some more help up front.

Was just there ordered 5 ice creams to go got no lids or any real customer service got yelled at like 3 times by a guy employee hollering saying my order was done when it was not I was still waiting on 2 more to be finished this is only my 2cd time being there I doubt I ever return👎🏼👎🏼 has to go back in for the 5 lids and grab bags

Went into the Gahanna location with my daughter and was very pleased with the customer service experience. The young ladies working there made it a point to engage with her and wrote her name in chocolate on her ice cream!

Our experience was really bad. Everything was dirty including the bathrooms, floors and counter. I was given my ice cream and the bowl was such a mess I had to go get napkins to take it from the employee who saw it was a mess and didn’t try to help at all. The banana in it was slimy and my wife had cookie dough that was very warm. We both took a few bites of our $15 ice cream and threw it away. Also, it’s not the most important thing but you don’t want your ice cream place to smell like fish when you walk in, because they also sell lobster...which is confusing.
