Great service, great price, & great productI had a sign made back in 2006 for my mothers headstone. I was warned by SignMasters that it may not last more than a couple years, since it would be exposed to the elements. It has now been 11 years, and I am now having to replace it, but only because the coating is peeling. With new technology and techniques, I expect my new sign to last even longer. Thank you, SignMasters, for helping me to memorialize my mothers life.

Very unprofessional! I called with a question and was given a short, one sentence answer completely unrelated to my question and then hung up on. I called back, stunned, and was greeted with a raised voice asking what I wanted. After I repeated my question he calmed down and finally gave me an answer then without me able to respond, hung up a second time. DO NOT USE THEM. There are far better and more professional sign makers out there. Callers beware!

I needed a sign for the front of my property. It was easy to convey to Dom exactly what I wanted. My sign was ready in less than a week and the price was what I expected it to be. This company was extremely polite and easy to deal with. They explained different options and listened to my concerns. I will certainly use them in the future if I need another sign.

Gouged me the last time. Ive been taking a fantasy football trophy to them for years and every year theyve charged +$20. The last year year they charged me over $30 and their reason was they had maintenance done on the laser or they got a new laser. Whatever the BS was it wasnt fair. I took my trophy to the Trophy Shop this year and they charged

The older man who I believe is the owner of the store was extremely rude to me. I went in there a couple of years ago and he never followed up with a quote and never emailed me like he said he would so I ended up going with another company. It was a large order, turning out to be $3500 worth of signage in business he lost. Then yesterday I came in to have two small plaques with two names and the year printed on them. It was a very small job that I needed done within 24 hours. It was a very reasonable expectation to get a job of this stature done very quickly. He said (among other nasty commits), with a little more proper planning on your part, you wouldnt be putting me in this position.......you expect me to just drop what Im doing to get this done right away. I asked as he took my order (more like lectured me) if he was in fact going to be able to complete my project in time and he responded vaguely we will do what we can. I have never been to a business so dead set on blundering my patronage. I subsequently asked for my uncompleted plaque back and once again went with another company (the very first sign business I called) who said it was no problem getting my project completed that afternoon. I made a decision I was not going to support someone who treats people so poorly no matter how small the exchange of cash. I will never go back to signmasters again!

I called to ask a question and was rudely responded to. The man made it seem like I was supposed to know this information already and that I was stupid and interrupted his day. Despite this, I was polite and thanked him. After that, he just hung up, with no, Youre welcome or Good bye. I will not be giving him any business. What happened to customer service?

I am very pleased with the vinyl stickers they helped design and install on my vehicle. The pricing was more than fair and the service was fast and friendly.

Rude. I called to ask about buying some blank sign board. He guy was VERY unhelpful and rude. It was obvious that he wasnt interested in selling it to me.

Called on the phone was told they do vehicle wraps. Then I was told they do not do the graphics I wanted. Dont do business with these people. Ill be taking my money else where
