Great place to get lunch from the deli. They are quick and you will not end up waiting long which is crucial for a business lunch. Portions are big. Have to be careful with meat and two sides because its easy to eat too much and be sluggish for hours. High quality food and at $7 for a lunch its reasonable. Picnic tables on the side of the building. Good parking. Lots of checkouts. This Publix is the best for lunch cant say the same for others because you may end up waiting line for awhile.

I just really like this store. Publix stores are always clean. Meat department is always nice. Meat looks fresh. Produce is great. They have the best cut up fruit in town.

I like Publix, but today idk if they are understaffed or what but I placed an online order for the deli and still had to wait 30 mins for them to make on top of that the sandwich maker seen me waiting and went to help a customer that literally just walked up and placed a order. Kind of rub me the wrong way but it is what it is.

I’m driving up that way on the 21st, and I wanted to see if this store carried my coffee creamer. Not only did they have it, (stock was a little low) but the gentleman I spoke with, said he would pull one for me to have while on my vacation!! Now that is GREAT customer service!!

Publix is always amazing. Their stores are impeccable (something other stores could stand to learn from them...), products are always fresh and high quality, and their customer service is consistently outstanding. I cant thing of a single negative thing to say about this or any other Publix.

This is a rather small store compared to some of the other Publix Stores Ive shopped in. However, its always been very well stocked and very clean. As well as all employees are nice, very kind & friendly. A family like atmosphere.This store doesnt carry refrigerator dog food like the larger stores.

They are usually very helpful in general. I work for Instacart...and sometimes need the order bagged a certain way...I often have to re-bag several things to be able to get them in my delivery bags....although, I do feel most times now it is due to short staffing, and younger, newer employees that are trying to cope with the learning process while under the pressure of staffing problems. They are all trying to help in the best way they know how....thats what matters.

Had to scramble and order a new birthday cake on Friday when the local mom & pop baker I had ordered from originally had to unexpectedly close due to COVID exposure. Publix had my order ready to pick up on Sunday morning at the time I requested, could have it ready earlier if I needed it, and the cake was decorated beautifully and correctly.

Not the biggest Publix in town,but just as great as the others.Friendly service and clean store.

The store is small so I cant always of the specific items I want. Im frequently disappointed when I have shopped and remember they have almost NO dairy free ice cream varieties or novelties. But on the good side, the woman in the bakery named Doris is always very pleasant and goes out of her way to help me whenever I have questions or need something in her department. She is a true treasure at this store!

She wanted an ugly frog cake - apparently this is a thing right now- with mushrooms around the sides and she could not have been happier with her cake on her birthday!

Ive done all my grocery shopping here for more than a decade. I remain amazed at the variety of foods that are available and the prices that in my opinion remain a bargain. I give special applause to the employees. My first job as a kid was in a grocery store, so I know from experience how demanding the work can become. Yet Publix employees remain cheerful and helpful even in the busiest times.

Beds were cleaned but bathroom was nasty. The shower head needs cleaning and the bathroom walls were disgusting.

Got help and bought some groceries. Met the night manager had a pleasant chat, disappointed that my favorite employee found a position in her field of study and had moved on . I wish Lexi the very best. Publix should have fought harder to keep such a hard working young woman. This store has had a long history of helpful and professional service attendants.

Andrea was super rude in the deli she walked off and told somebody else to rewrap the wap that she just ripped open and when I ask her to just cut it in half she told me no we dont do that and completely disregarded me and to add insult to injury the store manager completely brushed me off he acted as tho he was in complete shock that andrea would even do something like that he didnt apologize or ask me could he correct it just look me up and down as if I was the issue and the rushed off to the deli with attitude Im never spending my money here again 😒

I wish Publix had a salad bar ... prefer fixing my own.

Normally I wouldnt say anything but when you are called out and embarrassed in front of a cashier and a bagger, its infuriating. Your associate Micheal came to the register after your cashier Michelle called him over. He proceeded to tell me I could not buy all the dog food I had on the conveyer belt. I said there is no limit posted and he smarted off and said everything has a limit with the Pandemic. I have shopped there for over 12 years and I also worked there. I hav never had bad customer service until today. Everytime you put the dog food as BOGO I buy twice what I had today. I seriously doubt Ill come back that was uncalled for and to be honest if I wasnt so tired I would have just walked out and went to Walmart. I doubt you care but if you add up what I spend in there almost daily and a lot once a week you will lose some money. Oh well Ill shop somewhere else.v

I went to this store looking for canning jar lids. I live in Dahlonega, work in Dawsonville and I cannot find lids or pint jars anywhere excet online and I refuse to pay their gouged prices! A manager at this store took me straight to the canning area. They were out of jars and lids, as were all the places i had looked at, but the manager was very nice about helping me.

Very limited Publix. First time going there and their refrigeration had failed so there were no deli, or produce items available which is what I came for...the other thing I came for was Happy eggs which I usually get at a different Publix. But the selection/ offering of eggs at this Publix was very small. Not a good experience. Ill not be back unless Im forced to be circumstances.

This Publix is small but has GREAT customer service!!! They always greet you with a smile. I usually use the Deli at this location. Ive been going there for years (2005) and I dont have anything bad to say about them. If you want great food for lunch, a great bakery (they have the BEST cakes), and AMAZING customer service come to this Publix!!!

Always clean, terrific veggies and delicious fruits. Seafood and meats are fresh and taste wonderful. Best steaks in town! Just the size store where you can get everything you want and need without walking several miles.

This is a small Publix, but that is perfect for me. I dont have the time and energy looking for things in a huge store. This location has one of the best bakery departments, and everything Ive bought here has been delicious. I also like their grab and go selections of hot food or food you just have to heat up. I like to have a few things in the fridge that are partially put together already for those nights after a long day. They also have fresh sushi, a great produce department, and I really like their buy one get one free sales. You can get some great deals that way. Today I found some new things to try that will work with my keto program as well. Highly recommend this store!

This Publix is my favorite I’ve been to yet! The service was absolutely amazing I felt so welcomed they were really humble. The sandwich I had them make tastes phenomenal. I was super delighted when I saw that they had dragon fruit it is my favorite fruit. All of the isles looks super neat and organized it was easy to find what I needed!

Today I overheard this exchange between an elderly man and an employee. Apparently he had been talking to her for a while, as he said, Well, I know you have other things you need to be doing. She replied, The most important part of my job is to help you,. This illustrates the great customer service I have had at this store since it opened years ago. Love Publix in general, and love this little store in particular.

Its Publix - whats not to love? Smaller footprint for this store. Selection still large, though, with the expected great customer service. Easier in/out than some of the larger stores in larger parking lots.

Publix is an awesome grocery store. I generally love their customer service skills and the way they present themselves as a business in general. BUT, this store didnt seem to get the training that the other stores present effortlessly. I go frequently to buy their fried chicken, and its not uncommon to wait there for about 3-5 minutes just to be acknowledged. Also, they frequently disregard clear requests. This store needs to get their act together.
