I had a difficult situation trying to get thousands of photos off of an android phone. The staff here worked very hard to help me and gave me excellent advice which worked great. Yes, sometimes you have to wait in line because it is a popular place, but they are well worth the wait because they can do things other places cant and they are very economical.

Ive been buying phones from Orange Phone Care for years.Once I got a phone with a little problem, and I took it back and when the problem couldnt be fixed, they gave me an even better phone with no additional charge. They stand by their 6 month warranty. Ive always had wonderful service and their prices are always as good or better than anywhere else. Visited today to upgrade from my old Samsung S5 to a S9 after shopping online, and yes, once again, they had the best price. In less than half an hour I was in and out, with everything switched over to my service.

At first I was nervous about taking my business here because I had never heard of them and was very satisfied with ReTech over the years, but ReTech did not have any phones in stock I needed and actually said Orange Phone Care was the place to go. The store was far from fancy, but it was clean, well stocked, well staffed. I was delightfully surprised at the selection, help, and genuine integrity of the guys working there. While they set up my new phone, half a dozen repeat customers came in to buy more phones for family and switch out phone cases, etc. They were all happy satisfied returning customers. I originally posted a very nice review on here because I was told if I did I could get $5 off my total. However $5 isn’t going to buy me a new phone. So some back story, Prior to going to this store I had dropped my phone in some water. Only for a moment. I had a different phone repair store but they closed down. They disassembled the phone and let all the parts dry and put it back together. I had no problems with this phone for 2 years. Till I cracked the screen. I took it to Orange Phone Care just to fix my screen. They fixed it and about two weeks later my Touch ID stopped working. It had worked 2 years prior to this so I came back and told them. They replaced the screen again and said it should be fine. Well within a day the screen started to delay. I called the phone tech and he said this should go away within a couple days. It didn’t. Finally I went back for a third time. This was the last time. They replaced the screen and now the Touch ID isn’t working at all. They offered nothing. Basically said sorry about your luck. They tried to say it was from past water damage but I found that very strange considering the phone worked for a full 2 years prior. Who knows. I’m just sharing my experience so hopefully the same thing doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Had been having trouble with my phone not wanting to charge for weeks. Only one charger would work, and even it would only work if you oriented it a certain way. Tried to fix it on my own with software issues, but to no avail. Took it in today, and they managed to fix it pretty much instantly. Apparently, there was lint blocking the charger port, so the guy just took a pair of forceps and cleaned it out. Suddenly, it worked perfectly! And this was all done for free too. The dude recommended bringing it in any time that happens so I dont mess anything up, and said it would all be free of charge. Congrats, you officially have my business and my first ever Google review!

This place was absolutely phenomenal. I came in here because I dropped my phone a few times and the whole touch screen wasnt working. I was super stressed because I didnt get paid for a week and I barely had any money considering that I am a college student. On top of already unbeatable prices, Kevin helped me out by offering me a student discount which lowered the price even more. I’ve bought several phones from these guys and they seemed ok. My iPad screen broke when I dropped it. I had them repair it but the screen cracked again after a month. Never dropped - just cracked. They refused to honor their warranty pointing to the dent where the screen had been dropped before. Very dishonest people. Don’t ever go there.

Ive been to Orange Phone Care twice, now. Once for a screen replacement and once for a battery replacement for my Galaxy S7. Both times I was impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge they showed. Every customer who came in while I was there was handled with respect and care.The price for the S7 screen was more than I expected, but that seems to be a Galaxy issue. I was still happy with the service.

These guys are great! They’ve taken good care of me for three different phones now and they stand by their work. I really was a bind when my daughter dunked my phone in water... a phone I borrowed. Easily replaced the screen and added a new battery in 10 minutes. Hopefully won’t have any accidents down the road, but if I do, I’ll be coming back here to get it fixed.

My iphone dies every 20 minutes. Closes and opens apps by itself, types by itself, glitchy as hell. Tried to take it back but they said no refunds before i even i asked. Asked for a trade in they talked about it a little and said they would have to see if anything was wrong with it before considering when really that shouldve been done before I bought the phone and i wouldnt be stuck with pos phone.

I had the screen replaced on my iPhone 7plus last weekend. Got home and the screen kept freezing and wouldn’t work, among a few other issues. Brought the phone back on Monday and even though it was working fine at that time, they were willing to replace the screen and my tempered glass again. My phones been working fine since *as of now*. No complaints! I appreciate their willingness to make it right, drop everything they were doing and get it fixed so i could make it to a doctors appointment in time. I’ll definitely be using them again if needed!

I came in looking for an unlocked phone that would work on Straight Talk. They sold me an unlocked phone that formerly worked for Sprint, which wasn’t compatible. I had to drive all the way across town to take it back to them. Once I got back to the store they blamed it on my SIM card. When processing my refund they had to give me cash back (I paid with my debit card) which I would not of preferred but it seemed like I didn’t have much of a choice.I know this place has overwhelming good reviews (the $5 rebate is effective), but today their customer service really was lacking. I lost about 2 hours driving, setting up a phone, then resetting my old phone. None of this seemed to matter to the employees who seemed annoyed by the whole interaction. A bit of empathy would of gone a long way. You lost a customer that you could of easily won.

I would recommend Orange Phone Care to ANYONE. I needed my screen replaced after I dropped my phone and Dan said to bring it in and he could do it in 10-15 minutes and he did. The guys here are awesome! They evaluated and cleaned my phone for me then gave me a suggestion about what to do for it. The evaluation and cleaning took less than an hour, and replacing the screen took 10 minutes or less. Very quick service and reasonable prices compared to other phone repair places Ive been to.
