It’s a super cute little drive thru coffee place, they offer coffee and bakery items! I really liked my coffee and my husband did as well. We also ordered breakfast sandwiches, which were so good! The staff was super friendly, this was a great way to start off our morning!

I absolutely love the coffee hear and I am a fiend for cream cheese on bagels. They slather so much cream cheese on the bagel for the price that is charged. I absolutely love this place and such friendly staff!

Great coffee spot if you enjoy friendly staff and have some patience. I absolutely love their chai latte and their breakfast sandwiches are super good. This little place fits about 2 staff members so please be patient if you see a line at the drive thru. Overall very kind employees and delicious coffee to start your day!

Rude staff. Ordered my coffee first before my food, didn’t think anything of it. She walked away as soon as I mentioned what coffee I wanted so I didn’t have a chance to order my food at the same time. So once she came back with my coffee I ordered my food, and she rolled her eyes. Asked me to order my food first with an attitude instead of kindly. I’ve never been here, how was I supposed to know that ordering food second was gonna be that big of an inconvenience for them? Throughout my wait time I never experienced any kind social interaction for the sake of customer service. She talked to the guy next to her as if I wasn’t there the whole time, and wouldn’t be surprised if she did the same for every other customer. Don’t plan to be back just to avoid this lady.

Have loved this place throughout my entire time in college but recently the wait times haven’t been worth it. New hires take far too long to make the breakfast items and frankly, they’re not as well made as when the owners are there.Just today was waiting in line for 30 minutes only to finally pull up and be told that they have to close for an hour.The two owners of this place have done a tremendous job of keeping loyal customers, but these new hires are slowly getting rid of us.Hoping these issues are fixed soon.

They have the most excellent customer service that keeps me coming back not just that great prices not to pricey great 👍 I love this place I had taken all my friends here and love it !! We drove up at 5:47 pm on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. We hustled across town to get there before its 6 pm close. We were at the window to decide what we wanted and the server picks up the closed sign, puts it in the window, taps it, walks out, locks the door, and sips her drink as she walks to her car. That is 5 coffees we didnt get and now I wont go back. There are too many options out there to be treated like we werent worth a business staying open until its actual close time. Man, money must not be an issue for this business. So much so that they didnt even need business.

Breakfast sandwiches are great! Those croissants are delicious.

We came here at 5:30 saturday and stood infront the window wondering what to get for a couple of minutes, then the girl inside put the *closed* sign on the window, and doesnt even acknowledge us. The least she couldve done was open the window, TELL us theyre closed, instead of leaving us confused.

Love this place, going to miss it a lot when I move. The iced chai is the best I have ever had and the frozen chai is great for super hot days. I love that they have daily specials. The business and its workers are a little atypical in that they can decide to close early or not serve you food at the walk-up window, but I think that adds to the charm. One barista recognized us and would get our order ready before we even made it to the window.

Espresso tasted great! Surprised at the concept of this tiny hut of a cafe. The barista was friendly and I greatly enjoyed the drink.

Sweet little joint. Usually popping in the AM, so allow time for a short wait. Kind staff. So much better than Dunkin/McD, for about the same price. Significantly cheaper than Starbucks and much nicer service / environment. Some outside seating. Mainly intended drive thru. Daily specials. Bagels are great for a quick bite.

I heard good things about this place and decided to give it a try but guess what? WORKER WAS NOT WEARING GLOVES 🧤!!!!!! At a time like this with COVID it’s like workers aren’t taking it serious. I seen the worker pick up bacon with his bare hands! when the glove box was right next to him. Lord knows what else this man was touching ! I will not be returning!

They discriminate against walk up orders. Saying our food would take 15-20 minutes because we weren’t in the drive through but we could get in the drive through and try again.

Surprisingly fast service. My family loves ordering the Cuban coladas. 🥰

Was about to go get some Starbucks, but thought why don’t I try something new, and I don’t regret it. The coffees especially the iced ones are a bit pricey but they are definitely worth it! Perfect taste, cream, sugar and flavoring. Will definitely go again!

I love this place! Frozen monkey is a must have and the Berry Blush smoothie is just wonderful. You can even text them your order.

The employee was really rude as soon as we pulled up. Food was okay. If you’re a coffee lover, this isn’t the place for you. Coffee was very weak.

Better quality and quicker than waiting in line at Starbucks. Never had any complaints. My first time visiting, I had a few questions and they were answered very kindly and patiently. Always stop by whenever I’m back in GNV visiting :)

Edited in 2021:So i have been coming off and on for a few years and when I say, that this one person, with tattoos on their right arm, and a short blond cut, always makes my food and drinks amazing. I have never had a better experience. Not only are they friendly, they are incredibly great at everything they do. Thank you so much for continuing to do amazing! I will definitely be coming back for their service!!Great food and service! Definitely hands down one of my favorite places to eat in town when Im looking for breakfast options!

Excellent little drive thru / walk up place for coffee and breakfast!My favorites are the bacon or sausage, egg, and cheese croissants; roughly equivalent to a BK Croissanwich but bigger and with more egg and meat. They also have toasted bagels with toppings and occasionally some baked goods.One note, food orders they take only at the drive thru, but if youre just looking for coffee or other beverages you can walk up to the window, nice especially when theres a long line of cars on say a Sunday after churches have released their flocks.

They are extremely slow and it has nothing to do with how busy it may be at the time. 30+ minute wait.

This is a great little local coffee & breakfast stand! Their food and drinks always taste fresh and delicious, plus they have daily specials. Their prices are competitive with major coffee chains, but the quality is so much better.

Best smoothies in town. They actually pay attention to how they make it unlike other smoothie places. Definitely worth it. Smoothie king, planet smoothie or tropical smoothie have nothing on this. I wish they would get a bigger store and open up more places. I guess thats how they stay been the best tasting smoothie in town.

Okay, so I really want to like this place. Everybody loves it and its really cool and the staff is great....but the iced coffee is just so bad, in my opinion. Ive tried them twice and each time I had to toss it. I really do love the atmosphere though. Its just unfortunate that I dont like the coffee.

Great breakfast bagel sandwiches and excellent frozen coffee. I visited this place over the weekend and the line was a bit long. I went back Monday morning and there was no line I pulled right up and my order was done in no time .

Dont let the size fool you - coffee, snacks, breakfast sandwiches and more. Bay Island Coffee has a awesome breakfast bagel with bacon, egg and cheese, the iced mocha is top notch, try one with an extra shot of espresso and coffee ice cubes! :)

I asked for iced coffee got like 4 ice cubes? I would hardly call it iced at that point. My co worker asked for a chai latte and a sandwich and whomever the blonde lady is said he couldnt get a sandwich because it was the weekend and he had walked up instead of driven in? Since when is that ever an issue? She not only refused to do it but also didnt even get his order right she gave him someone elses iced coffee he just walked away because he no longer wanted to deal with her clearly bad attitude.

Will just randomly be closed or sign saying “will return” 30 minutes later. Owner here does not adjust to customers requests at all either. This place has been getting worse lately. Sad it may not last anymore.

I ordered the Cuban coffee and a small regular iced coffee. Both were awesome and the customer service was fast and friendly. They didnt have any donuts, I think that would be a good addition to the menu!

The cuban coffee is fantastic. I got a regular coffee too; it was terrible. Everything else is so good though, so I still give it five stars. I love the egg and cheese croissant. And for goodness sake, hope that they have the pumpkin doughnut muffin when you go. Amazing!

If coffee had a baby and that baby peed that would be the equivalent of the coffee they serve. Its stale, burnt, watered down and flavorless even with adding flavours.

Cafe con leche, really. Put some coffee in the hot water next time. Tasted more like Chai con leche!

Great coffee and breakfast. My favorite is just a reg iced coffee w raw sugar and soy and an egg an cheese croissant. Jay, the owner is so friendly and he is local. The fact that it is a drive thru is an added bonus. Dont be scared off by the fact that it is so small and looks odd... Its really really good! (PS. The sanwhiches take a bit bc they make it all right there on the spot sp dont expect any 1 minute microwave junk.)
