I brought a friend here and dropped her off to pick up a cordless screwdriver she seemed happy

23 minutes for someone to look for a $15 toolbox that the website said was in stock. Busy store but thats not an excuse to be rude. After waiting all that time, not even a thank you at the end of my transaction. Dont expect fast or friendly at this store.

Extremely helpful service with a very clean and organized store. I was stuck on a few decisions with the toolboxes. So had many questions. Tasha, which I believe is a Manager. Happened to walk up and ask if I needed help. I’m sure I was that annoying customer with 100 questions. But she stuck right with me until we dialed in what would be my best option for the type of vehicle restoration & customization that I do.I never felt rushed or upsold on the latest item. Tasha listen to all of my questions and using items from many isles. We were able to put together exactly what I was looking for. I couldn’t have done it without her help. Incredible employee you have working for you that you should be lucky to have. I own a few businesses myself. I know the importance of great employees. She is definitely the type of employee I look for when hiring as not only calm and very nice, but also incredibly helpful & patient. Which is tough to find in an employee these days. Will be a normal returning customer due to this experience. Thank you.

If we could have a place to get some tools or accessories this is affordable.

Store no longer offers a universal 20% off coupon on any single item. Their sale prices are now specific only on certain items. Still have a good assortment and competitive pricing. Employees are courteous and helpful. Store is organized and clean but I had to wait too long to check out.

Store was kind of messy but they have some cool things for cheap prices most of the time.

All good as far as finding what I was looking for, for that I would give 4 stars. It was when we checked out the cashier Shanita must have other issues on her mind than being focused on us the customers. She definitely didnt give us that come back and thanks for shopping feeling but I will say that its not just this place its seems to be happening all over. To bad we all cant use the simple manners we taught when we were young.

Store manager here is AWESOME! Ive seen a hugely positive turnaround in this storew since shes taken over, and it already was a really good store. Most of the staff are knowlegable about inventory and inventory is well-stocked for the most part. GO GNV HARBOR FREIGHT! Ill shop nowhere else and that includes the online big box bastardos!

I love this place. Kevin was shouting out the Father’s Day sale to me and all his customers and because of his genuine kindness I will never go to Home Depot again if I don’t absolutely have to. Harbor Freight For Life.

I shop a lot at Harbor Freight Tools, but one thing, especially at the Gainesville, FL location with the two barking cashiers talking amongst themselves on July 25 at 11v00 AM, not giving the customers the time of day, and not paying attention to whos in line, how many lines or just one. Apparently they would rather take returns rather than checking out customers with over a two hundred dollar order...Very bad customer service experience...

I always love going to this store. Im a gadget man and this place is full of cool tools. Everything is a very reasonable price and pretty good quality as well.

Great tools at less than name brand prices. Excellent for projects you dont do often but need a tool to get it done. Its a handy persons toy store. Their store brand tools are an excellent value and hold up well. Wide spaces aisles. Easy aisle labeling. Helpful staff. Cant wait to go back for our wish list. Theres always a wish list lol.

If you guys want to buy amazing tools at amazing prizes, you should stop by this store.Recently I’ve been doing some upgrades to my home and recently bought a “motion security light” this thing is amazing.Only paid $40 for it and it was so easy to install.Quick note I am not a professional electrician, so if your like me and aren’t to comfortable messing with electricity, call a specialist.I was able to do it, because I called a bunch of people I knew and read an entire book and watched a bunch of videos on YouTube on electricity .😂😂😂I literally turned the entire breaker system of and tested with my testers.Safety first!Anyhow the light that I bought is the “Bunker Hill Security” 2150 lumens. Worth every dollar.

Their website lied about a motorcycle jack I needed, but the woman used her computer in store, till she found another that had it. Was an hour more drive, but I got my jack, and subsequent work done. Great customer service!

Went to get a pressure washer but their coupon exempted everything i was going to buy. Went to walmart got the one i wanted $50 cheaper. The guy in there i guess wanted to go home bad was a little irritated that i had questions. If you want other smaller stuff its a great store,Cheap prices and coupons work. Doesnt change me from not going there. Just dont expect their coupons to work on the big ticket items just small things. The register girl was great and helpful.

Its a small Harbor Freight and doesnt carry as many tools as the regular sized store.

Decent place for cheap tools. I put the cheap tools in quotes because while the price is low, I have dogged the daylights out of what I have bought with no problems. I would have been happy with one use and done, but the products have lasted considerably longer than expected being used much harder than what they were designed for.

This place is a handy mama toy store they have lots of tools for the DIY guy at cheaper costs they sell extended warrentees on tools free in house replacement for 90 days if something brakes they will replace it for 90 days thewarrentee goes into effect after that save your receipt it makes the losses go easier the personally are always friendly and willing to get you what you need thank to you guys and gals in Palatka harbor freight awesome experiance

This place has cheap tools and that is their draw. However, they are managed very poorly. They are always understaffed.It is difficult to find anyone to help you find anything or to answer any questions.There should never be a line where you have to wait for twenty minutes to check out. Hire more staff! My time is valuable.

The cashier, however, scanned one item twice rather than scanning each item separately- the items looked similar but they were different. She changed it once it was pointed out.

I love Harbor Freight but this one is unfriendly and unhelpful. I have visited several times, and they have given me a hard time about returns, ignore you on the floor, and generally have a bad attitude. They even used the store PA system to tell me to put a mask on our leave rather than just reminding me in person.

Went this morning to get tools for yard work. Found everything I needed. The store is well organized and the aisle are labeled and well stocked. Easy check out.

Well I did get something really cool but I wasnt going in there for it obviously everybody does that but the one thing I did go in there for that I thought theyve always had and Ive seen their million times they didnt have so it was a toss-up

I already have too many hobbies and your not helping! If you wanna give a tool a try or need the best price for tarps, bungi cords, saw blades, ladders, hammers, clamps, ect..... and they almost always have coupons!

Good sized location. Plenty of parking. Lots of new product coming out regularly.Two days in town(relocation) and already visited my local HF.Do yourself a favor and get the ITC membership. Its saved me thou$and$ over the years.And always find a coupon online for some sort of great savings.

Harbor Freight is great for saving on a lot of products. The quality of the tools arent always the best but the prices reflect that. I dont buy my forever tools here but knowing this allows me to save money on tools that I need for small jobs and all sorts of accessories. They have also always been great with returns. The tile saw I bought and used just a few times stopped working 2 days after their 90 day return window. They exchanged it without any questions. They are great for what they offer.

Harbor Freight gets a bad rap and I don’t know why. I’ve owned many tools from HF and most I still own and work fine.

Bought a cordless drill set. Trigger failed. Orbital finishing sander that squalls and loses speed for no reason. A pleasure washer that I got half my house washed and it quit. About done buying any thing but sand paper and hand tools.

Always have what I need

Kinda hard to find some things, but only because we were in a bit of a rush. Very kind and helpful staff.

Terrible experience. Ordered tools online. Fed Ex tracking said would arrive on a Monday then Tuesday and then Wednesday. Hearing nothing I called Fed Ex only to be told my product was handed off to another carrier and wasnt provided tracking. Called Harbor freight only to be told I would have to pick up my tool at the post office. I canceled my order and wont be doing business with them any more.

Horrible customer service from a girl that stood there talking to her friend instead of acknowledging the customer. The line was so slow and long! One register open out of 4. Multiple other employees just talking amongst themselves. Several older people in line waiting as well! Wheres the customer service??

Traded in 5 month old generator for larger model no questions asked no box no receipt. Thats why I go there for tools etc.

Love this place always have what I need

Always something good and on sale. If you need tools on the fly at a decent price this is the place. Staff is friendly and always trying to help. And if there is always a sale or a coupon available. One thing for sure... power tools should only be purchased if you need one for emergency usage. They are not well made and will not last. Hand tools though usually are really good. Overall they have a lot of stuff and you should shop around for some things before buying here as sometimes name brand is the same price.

I love harbor freight and there tools. My only complaint is that I have tried to buy a wet saw from this store several times. Every time they didnt have any. Yesterday same thing. One time I would have bought any model available. They didnt have any. Probably five times in a year Ive tried to buy a wet saw and they didnt have any. Almost all my power tool are now from harbor freight but no wet saws.

Management is special ed slow. You should respect you hard earned dollars and putting it into this store is not the descent thing to do. Diana and Luz both are scamming people you shouldn’t deal with.
