Their professional sales associates can help you navigate their beautiful showroom and find what is best for you. They truly listen to what your needs are and care about helping you find just the right product for your home project budget.Even if you are not ready to start a project, do stop in and browse. They are always ready to help with not only flooring ideas but kitchen and bath ideas too. I worked with Sales Associate, Kris, but don’t hesitate to ask for Steve, the owner! Everyone there, including the technical workers coming to your home to do the work, are the “who” and the “what” to make your My Floors experience exceptional.

When delivering, there is a concrete pas in the back. Very nice guy comes out on a forklift and picks the freight off the back of your truck.

Steve came out and did an analysis of our floors and was extremely thorough and very professional. His follow up on a quote for replacement was excellent. My entire experience from when I called the office to the end of my quote was perfect in every way. I would recommend MY Floors to anyone looking for a high quality company.

When applying for a position laying carpet, I was told on the phone that its quite an active position that involves heavy lifting (which is obvious). I acknowledged that and said Im still interested. The staff member then proceeded to tell me he doesnt think Ill be able to lift that much and they will call back if a sales/receptionist position opens. As a female weightlifter, I can guarantee the position would cause no issue for me, but was not even given the chance based on the sexist views of this staff member. I cant recommend a company I was a customer of if they do not provide equal opportunity for employment.

My Floors have completed several jobs for me over the years, all of them have been tiling work or hard surface flooring, every time I have been very happy about the professionalism of the men who did the work and the finished product. This week they installed carpet and again, it is better than I hoped. The men arrived at the time they promised, they were very polite and professional, they both worked very hard and completed the job quickly and efficiently.My new carpet is great looking and I will definitely use My Floors/Prints and Paints in the future. Its good to know you can expect excellence and it will happen.

Friendly and helpful but not very professional. I had to urge them to find a way to help me. Didnt have what I was looking for? Well what do you have that was similar? What else do you have that would be a good substitute? Find a way to help your customers. Dont give up so quickly.Ps: just because someone visits your store doesnt mean they make a purchase. Yes, I was there and no, I dont have you confused with someplace else.

Great place to purchase flooring. We purchased flooring 15 years ago. We needed some more tile and they were able to look up my account and get a match for new tile. Great staff!

We would like to commend My Floors for their professionalism; selection of materials and follow up. Justin Leonhardts touch of perfection resulted in an excellent installation. Zacc Moore who assisted Justin for a few hours one day was a very good compliment.

We did a complete remodel of our master bathroom. We were very happy with the design and the work completed. We will definitely use them again!

Recently my husband and I purchased tile for our bathroom. The sales team spent a lot of time helping us to choose the right tile and explained many different facets of each type/brand.While there was a slight hiccup with the size ordered, Caryanne was very helpful in getting the issue corrected.

Gary the owner is the BEST. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
