I have always brought my car here since the day I bought it. I have always found the representatives polite, cordial, and helpful. Ive only had 1 bad experience but after 11 years, I cant even remember the specifics. I trust the people here to take of my vehicle. I still wont take it any place else, regardless of how old she may be. That may be why she continues to run like shes just been driven off the lot!

Theyre body shop did approved body shop work on the Escape, but now they do not approve of the Protect My Car, vehicle services to render half dollar amount payments to repair vehicles because of the past excuses to not help pay amounts the car dealerships charge. Protect My Car- services have PEP BOYS, AARMCO, & one more service? They do return phone calls. They have $ 80.00 payments a month to help with this. I AM GOING TO A FORD DEALERSHIP IN ANOTHER CITY WHO HAVENT REALLY SAID ALL FORD DEALERSHIPS HAVENT APPROVED IN ALBUQUERQUE OR FARMINGTON. THX!

Service was not done properly, repairs too far too long and expensive.

Extremely nice and honest owner and employees.The body shop guys were amazing and didnt sugar coat or bs me. (I dont know how else to put it)They were helpful in locating what I needed.

Worst customer service ever, the work was substandard. From the administration level there was no professionalism what so ever..the only individuals there who were super helpful were the sales team otherwise I will continue to keep my auto business out of Gallup👎👎👎👎👎 especially Gurley Motors.
