I called Dorothy Mays for help with a purchase while home sick. Not only did they help me pick out what I needed but they packaged it beautifully (not a gift) and one of the girls delivered it to my front porch along with a sweet card wishing me better. My heart grew a few more sizes!! I have always loved our island stores but this one is at the top of my list as of today. They have always gone above and beyond before but this…this was beyond even that. Thanks ladies!!

Yesterday, I wanted to send a house warming gift to someone special. I called to see if they could design an assortment of gifts & be able to deliver it as well. Julie was an excellent personal shopper. She sent several pictures of ideas for me to choose from. She delivered the gift on time! I could not ask for any better customer service than than!!!!

Great store. Just dont forget the Strand is a tourist strip. I would not nor should anyone go the Galveston to buy Lillie Pulizter paper plates and cups. You will do better on Amazon or your local shops. Nonetheless this store is a great space for the girly girl who loves delicate and danty things. Pandora jewelry, Thymes fragrances, candles and body products (I did buy two small Gold leaf and Hydrangea lotion and soap only because you cant find it often.) Lots of glasswear and other beautiful things that will eventually end up in your yard sale.

I will NEVER step foot in this store again!!! After walking all over the store front to back the three rude Bs working there never said a word to me. No greeting, didnt ask if I needed help.....nothing!!! Went next door and mentioned my experience and they said Oh yes thats how they are unacceptable!!!!!

My wife went in there today to buy gift worst customer service at the front desk. I use to referred people to this place all the time but after my experience today with my wife and mother I would not recommend anyone going here to get your Kendra Scott earrings.I would go to the Kendra Scott store in Houston drive all the way to Baybrook to get treated better I gave you one star for your customer service.
