Galveston Glass Works always delivers great customer service. I have used them twice now and they are responsive, courteous, and get the job done. The quality of their work is top notch and they just recently helped me sort out a glass issue I was having during the sale of my home. Tony (the owner) came out within an hour of me calling and inspected my current glass. He provided me a quote and an inspection report, which helped me sort out the issue I was having. I would absolutely recommend them. They are nice people too...

I called this company back in November to have them come look at my single glass window in my daughters room. I was scheduled for an appointment on the 7th of December. They told me that was the earliest they could get to me. Ok.December 7th come and nobody show up or calls me. So the next day I call to hear that they have falling behind on another job and need to push mine back. ANOTHER WEEK.....okSecond attempt...this time they actually came out and did.....something. A third week goes by no word. So I reach out to them ( which I have had to each time) to see what’s up. To hear again that they have falling behind on a job and they are short staffed and also they don’t have anything to tell me about my window. I was told that I would get a phone call with an answer shortly......it’s been four days since I called last. I am truly upset with the lack of professionalism shown to me by this company. I have worked in the construction field my whole life and understand things happen. Hell it’s life. It’s gonna happen. What I don’t get... is the simple fact that this company can’t call you to tell you what is going on. They just miss the date and don’t say a word. I went with this company because they where highly recommended. This unfortunately will be the one and only time I use them.

I shopped around for a glass enclosure for a shower. This company had the best price and time schedule -- compared to other vendors. They came out immediately, arranged for installation and a team showed up to do the work. Beautiful job -- it fits perfectly and looks wonderful.

Called Galveston Glass Works for a couple of shower door installs. Tony came out the same day to measure and give us an estimate. The work was superb and we were very pleased. Will definitely use them again.

While moving i had broken my glass shelves to my china cabinet. A worker who works in the complex i moved in recommended this company. I called contacted Tony on Thursday he came out measured for replacement glass.Had it ready the next day arrived at the time he stated. Placed the shelves back into my china cabinet perfect! fit. The price for the glass shelves was very very reasonable. Thank you Tony!!!

I was trying to get an estimate to replace a patio door. Made an appointment and they called to reschedule, which we did. They never showed up for that appointment. I called the next day and a gentleman said they did come late that day, not at our scheduled time, and took measurements from the outside since I was not home. He was waiting on a door price and would get back with me. A week later I had still not received a call so I called them. The lady that answered said that they could not give an estimate because they needed to get inside to measure, which is the opposite of what the previous gentleman said. They need to get their act together. Very frustrating!
