Theyre always helpful, friendly, professional and unlike so many places these days they actually call you back. I purchased a hot tub from them in 2004 and then moved. They moved my hot tub for me to my new home and charged a very reasonable fee. Great business with caring people. Thanks Austin Pools for being in business all these years!

Called and asked for pool closure..Said they will not close my pool..Mr. Pool who normally closes and opens pool..recently is closed according to austin pool.asked who could close pool..no advice..
