Clean good service but not many flavors available

All the flavors were soupy. To be fair, it was hot out. But, also to be fair, thats when people want cool stuff like ice cream and frozen yogurt - not soup. Place was clean and plenty of toppings. Service was one person, but she was friendly.

Me and my family drove 25 minutes from our hotel just to go to this place and it said online that it was closing at 11. We got there at 10:10 and the girl that was on duty (the night of August 14th) was inside chatting with her 2 friends and the door was locked. We told her that online it said that it was closing at 11 and she was extremely rude to us and made us leave. (Additionally, me and my sister came here yesterday at 10:30 and the place was of course open, so the girl closed at least an hour before she was supposed to and was extremely mean). Would not recommend.

Absolutely horrible! Went in there, it was dirty and hardly any of the yogurts worked. Instead of cleaning the young man behind the counter was texting. After getting whatever yogurt that was left I asked for a bag (having four) I was told “sorry, we don’t have any.” I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. Very disappointing.

This used to be the best place to get froyo. I literally went here on a weekly basis. Ever since the new management, its terrible. I regret spending my money here. The yogurt tasted horrible, half the machines didnt work, and it was melted before we even walked out of the door. I definitely wont be back.

Great place. Everything tastes awesome. The employee that was there @17:39 on 03/05/2021 Cahlam Im sure I butchered the name. But she was very polite and courteous. Definitely an employee that deserves and needs a significant raise. I would say at least a $4 raise; but Im sure that wont be the case. She at the very least deserves a promotion.

No fudge. No whip cream. Lack of flavors. And to top it off, they asked me if I need a spoon to eat the ice cream. 😆

They gotta do something about the cockroaches

I haven’t been to this 16 handles in a long time. I went to try it today and this was my experience. Clean environment and super friendly staff.However, it may be the worst frozen yogurt I ever had where me & my friends had to throw it out. Multiple flavors all taste off...example: The vanilla flavor taste like fish...how is that even possible!For me to throw out frozen yogurt is a sin, put it that way!!!

I give 1 star because I cant give zero.After spending $32 on what they called frozen yogurt, we all had to threw it out.It was a frozen weird flavorless material.We were surprised of how this place has changed.This was 3 year ago our preferred place for frozen yogurt,For sure not anymore!

Whenever we go they only have 7 or 8 machines going, if its a slow night they will close an hour or two early so call before going. Still trying to figure out why they have a tip jar on the counter if Im doing the work.

I feel like every time I’m there around 8:30ish they always have less than 4 flavors getting ready to close at 9 but it says that they close at 10pm so I never end up getting anything, after trying various times.

Great flavor selections that are constantly changing. I thought the prices were fair compared to most other similar places. The location is also in a quaint part of town with tons of other stores within walking distance.

Why does this store open at 2 and sometimes 5? That is ridiculous! The other 16 handles open much earlier. Very disappointed! That is annoying. Ever since they have been under new ownership it has gone down hill completely. The yogurt still tastes the same. They don’t have many toppings anymore. Also no fruit just out. I had to ask which is fine but he had to first chop it up and all and he just gave it to me as holes which is weird. Usually it’s sliced thin. Also the prices are a rip off and it doesn’t add up. I spent $20 for 2 mediums with no toppings for one and like 3 strawberries on mine. I can go to the one in rvc for the same amount for like $5 or $6. My last visit I couldn’t get peanut butter from the machine because it was in pints only. That made no sense.. Also limited on flavors and a lot of machines don’t work. it’s also very dark inside it looks like it’s always close and no one is ever in there I feel like. the positive side is the man was nice and I guess it was pretty clean in there.

Ok yogurt. Not a large selection. A lot of the toppings we wanted were not present even though there were signs. College kids in the front were not friendly, took their time and didn’t look up or say thank you. I’d stick with Red Mango.

Cute, clean and convenient. Parking is easy around the corner.
