Tumi is a great store and amazing quality. Just the associates were rude. I know it’s a pandemic, and you want your store to be clean but not when we just left the spot. Didn’t ask if we needed assistance, and my friend went there for a second time and she still felt they were rude and now I’ve seen it. Like I said. Great store, rude associates.
I requested repair and wanted to know how Tumi will treat my bag. The sales said “I don’t know”, and the store maneger said “I have no idea”. When I called the store to request a tracking number, the store manger said “I have no idea” again, and said they pick up everyday”. By the end of the call, the store manger hanged up my phone call without saying a word!I couldn’t bear this kind of attitude and customer service like this. Really disappointed with Tumi store at Roosevelt mall. I’m a loyal customer of Tumi as well as my friends. I don’t think I will go that store again, and will definitely NOT recommend my friends to go that store anymore.That’s the worst shopping experience in my life EVER!!! That store manger disqualify of being a sales AND I don’t think she can represent the culture of Tumi, which is trustworthiness and reliability. I couldn’t see any from that store especially from the store manger.I feel terrible and sorry about you who hired such an employee to ruin your company. Until the store manger changed, I will NOT go to that store any more. By the way, that store is the nearest to my location, which means, I will not shop Tumi until that store charged its attitude and whole atmosphere.
This store and its staff remind me why its worth spending my hard earned money on TUMI products. The manager Miguel and his staff go above and beyond to ensure their clients are satisfied. Anytime I have had an issue with a TUMI product this staff makes it right and quickly. TUMI thanks for having great products and thanks for employing staff that truly cares about your customers.
