Absolutely unprofessional. I have a friend using their services. They’ve given her broken ratty portable O2 and she is currently experiencing 2 flights in a row where they won’t give her a working unit for the flight.If I could give zero stars I would. For now, I guess we utilize the power of social media.These problems have been going on for MONTHS with virtually zero follow up. Exhausting for the patient and anxiety provoking. People that are sick don’t have time for this. Do your job and ensure clients can have their needs met.

I live in Idaho but have to travel for specialized care in multiple states. I have advanced lung disease and require oxygen 24/7. My local delivery man is AMAZING! But over the last 2 years Ive had horrible customer service. They have shipped me 3 different pocs that have failed and left me stranded in other cities w NO OXYGEN! For 2 months I have been trying to get my poc replaced. I have to fly to Denver for and Pac pulm wants me to pay for a rental when Medicare already paid them. Im stranded again.
