I had a really positive experience at U.S. Toys (aka Constructive Playthings) when I visited yesterday.I originally thought I would make a purchase online, and filled my electronic cart with everything I needed. At checkout I realized I wouldnt get my purchase in time for my event, so I made the trek to their brick and mortar store. But before I hopped in my car, however, I emailed the contents of my cart to myself (a cool feature!) so I didnt have to rediscover everything Id already decided to buy.Once I got there, as I was filling my basket I realized some of the items werent tagged with the sale price I saw online. I asked the cashier whether hed honor the price shown in my email. He said, Of course! Nice, right?!Then, I got to the point where I couldnt find a few things in my email so I asked one worker for help - two jumped right in and hunted down every last item for me! Wow!I have rarely experienced such good customer service at a retail store. Im sure Ill be a regular customer now! Besides, during my expedition I saw a few toys I had recently purchased on Amazon, and they were less expensive at U.S. Toys. Who knew?!?!
