The customer service here is absolutely horrible. The are very rude on the phones and hang up on you when you call. Unfortunately im sure the owner has no idea this is Happening. I would love to speak with Mike Or Jack and tell them how there employees are treating others. In the mean time ill do business with Pop N vape, CSM smoke shop & Vape Guys

My guess is that the other 2 reviews on here are from employees or friends .... the selection is good but the prices are ridiculously high compared to other local places.

This place is horrible. First of all, some workers dont know anything about the products they have...he sold us a bunch of overpriced crap pieces that didnt even fit together...trying to explain what we needed was a nightmare.The first time we were there he offered us a deal...that if we brought some customers he would give us a discount on our purchases.Well, my husband and I brought our friends who were looking to spend good money....but this guy suddenly forgot who we were, overpriced all the merchandise, and was totally rude.I think we interrupted his sesh with the crackhead hooker that kept giving us dirty looks who then had the nerve to accuse ppl of stealing.Dont waste time or money at this dump.

This is the best smoke shop in the Southbay. They have a bit of everything from pipes, hookas, vapes, and accessories. Plus they will hook you up with a deal. Also, the owners Jack and Mike are really cool cats and will give you a good deal.

Smoke shop always has what Im looking for.
