Great location. Not too busy at all, considering it was Sunday and 7:00pm. Drive-thru line moved quite fast. Food was cooked to perfection... the burgers were well-seasoned, cheesed up properly, tomatoes and chilies fresh. No lettuce. Ive experienced recently that the burgers taste even better by removing the crunchy water from the equation. 5 out of 5. No issues yet.

The staff was friendly and the food was delicious and hot. I recommend getting pickles on your double double. I love the service here. The staff asks me questions about my order and they always get it right. Make sure you order exactly what you want. Dont assume they can read your mind. If you are hungry and can eat a good amount, order the #1 with onions, make the fries animal style, and get a 7-up drink. Oh! They do refills, be sure to save your cup and stay a safe distance away.

Great Experience! I flew in from Texas and when they said that In N Out is better in Cali, I can see why! We got greeted by the gentleman taking orders at the drive through and wow, what a great attitude. Made us feel very welcomed. The drive through line was pretty long but moved very fast, which shows why this location is awesome. The burgers were very tasty and hot, and costumer service at the window was excellent! Ill definitely be coming back to this location when looking for a good In N Out burger. Strongly recommended!

Long wait but so well worth it. The staff are always very nice and friendly. They have a crew member out in the parking lot taking orders to expedite the line. I recently started Keto and they have Keto friendly items like today I ordered a protein burger (doesnt come with bread) but its wrapped in lettuce super good. They are practicing social distancing and require face mask when ordering and picking up your food. They have outside dining as well tables are spread out as well.

I mean... its In-n-Out. You can have a burger or a burger with 2 patties. I guess its a west coast thing so we get it every time we visit. Burgers are good, not the best or near our favorite. Get the sautéed onions added for extra flavor. Fries are floppy fries so if you like crispy fries, definitely not the right place for that.

An in n out that finally got my order right. They did a very good job. Would recommend

We were excited to stop at an In-N-Out again, since we are from Florida and do not have one there. Our order was wrong (toppings mainly) but it didnt stop us from enjoying these amazing burgers and animal style fries. This is definitely a must stop when visiting California. Just make sure you get your order right.

This is the third time I’ve been to this in n out and my burger wasn’t fully cooked. This time I’m not letting them get away with it. I’m glad i looked into my burger after the first bite. I will never return to this in n out again. This is beyond disgusting.

Another sterling addition of the In-N-Out franchise. The food was tasty and fresh as always. This particular establishment had a long line through its drive-thru but moved along at a pretty fast rate. For quicker service, I recommend parking in the lot and ordering inside. The staff is welcoming and friendly. They will help rectify an issue and work at a quick rate.

Not great for Vegetarians. I have been told this is a staple of L.A. but my veggie burger was bland.

The Very best and when on a diet ask for a Mustard Fried Double Double, spread is up to you...with extra grilled onions and add mustard instead of spread If your on a Clean diet like I am right now. The spreads not that many calories and makes it taste so good but sometimes you gotta eat clean. Nothing like a double double or triple triple on a bun with fries. The secret to In N Out is eating it as soon as they hand it to you. If you let it get cold and your from out of state and heard how wonderful it is, it wont be as good but if you eat it there or immediately in the car...no better burger. I been to every burger place, burgers are my favorite thing to eat and In N Out just couldnt get any better.

One of the yummiest burgers I have had in the US- tender, juicy & less greasy. Served to us in 10mins despite the long pile of cars at their drive-rhru. Fries are so-so though. Tasteless.

Quick service (well as quick as in n out burgers get) and the food it delicious all there menu items are great they do kinda fall a little bit on the fries but everything else is really good. Its messy but they give you two wrappers for your burger so its fine, its not like they dont prepare you. My personal favorites are the double double and their milkshakes. I love In n Out but this is my first review on any of their restaurants. Happy eating.

I come to this IN N Out because it’s the closest one to my job. When they opened I liked coming here because they we fast and the food was great. Now not so much. I got sick because the meat was pretty rare and I kept going to the bathroom. I didn’t eat there for a month and then my husband went to buy me food so I gave it another chance, and nope! The meat was half rare! I threw away half the burger because I didn’t want to get sick again. Today my mom told me that she had to throw away her burger because it was really salty! Yea not coming here anymore, the only reason why they are faster than other IN N Outs is because they don’t cook their food properly, especially when they are busy.

Its a simple request No Onions on my burger and what do I get in my burger grill onions like really this individual just ruin my lunch, and yes I realized it had onion when I got back to my office in the Toyotas buildings you know its I mission to get from here to there in your lunch hour, thanks alot you individual.

The service was very fast in the drive thru but they took our order before we got to the big menu. The woman was very nice and had a flip sign on her tablet that was good but I couldnt see it very well. My daughter and I knew what we wanted but if I wanted to add to my order they missed the chance to upsell my order because I felt rushed and I couldnt see the menu well enough.I know that there is always a long line. I have been going to In n Out for over 40 years but each customer is important and getting customers through the line fast isnt always the best way to make money. Upselling is just as important. Maybe have your people suggest something like if they get a soda then suggest, Would you like a shake for dessert?However, the reason that they got the low score was that my food was not up to the necessary quality standard that this company has kept for 40 years and more. My fries were old, cold, and had NO flavor and my single was so cold. Even though I went through the drive thru I was eating my burger within 2 minutes. It should have been at least warm. Plus the size of the patty looked like a kids hamburger! McDonalds regular hamburger patties are bigger! I asked for double grilled onions and I got mush instead. The biggest flavor that I tasted was the bun and those are not flavorful at all.I dont like leaving bad reviews because I know that more people will write a bad review because they are ticked off than will write a good review because they enjoyed the service. So this was a case of I just needed to let management that they need to step up and fix things. I hope that you have a secret shopper system because if you dont you sure need it.Like I said previously I have been eating at In n Out for over 40 years. My oldest child is 46 and when she was a toddler we used to drive from Inglewood CA to Las Vegas NV at least 4x a year and we always stopped at the store right off Interstate 15 coming and going. The semi trucks would be parked in the empty lot next store with very little space between them. Parking for cars by the store was also on packed dirt and you had to be very careful driving and walking to make sure no kids were hit. There was always a crowd at the window because this was long before drive thrus were everywhere. So I wont give up on In n Out yet but I will be watching closely to see if the quality goes back to what it should be. If not then they have lost me as a customer. Good luck In n Out!!🤗✌️🤟🖖🤙👵🏼. 🙈🙉🙊

Sorry to post this about In-N-Out. Today 7/9/2020 - 12:31AM. I was short changed. They said due to coin shortage. So if 100 cars go through the drive thru 25 cars paid cash but dont have the exact change In-N-Out keeps the changes. Where is that extra money going to? They are robbing the customer.

Went there today September 21st 2020. In and out for me is still the number one Burger, but at this place my burger was not so hot at all. There was no hot to it. The fries was almost cold and hard. Ive never like in and out fries, but I am sad by the way my burger tasted

Theres no better place to grab a good burger. No where. I have had them all, 5 guys and whataburger, Braums..you name it. Im a burger freak, I eat one almost every day and In N Out is my first choice. Theres something magical about it.
