I have owned 5 different Triumph motorcycles in the past 8 years and British Customs has never let me down when customizing my bikes. Ive ordered pipes, turn signals, headlights, fender eliminators etc... All my orders have gone off without any problems. Im on the other side of the US and delivery has always been fast. Their parts are great but their customer service is even better. These guys truly stand behind their products.I was having an issue with a BC tail light blowing a fuse once installed. I sent it back to them for testing. JP at BC kept me updated during the whole process. If I had a question, he would reply with a call.Its nice to know this type of service still exists.

My 2016 Thruxton R has several BC parts (signals and fender eliminator kit). OEM-like quality fit and finish on all these parts. Quality of light bulbs and wiring excellent. No issues after 4 years of use.

They were extremely helpful. The man who I spoke to is the one who takes the pictures of the parts and during the photoshoots. Great guy. Gave me honest advise about the parts they sell and what might be coming out later. I will definitely begoing in again.
