Not my first pick for auto parts, I always seem to get the new person. Prices in line with other chain stores. They have longer hours than my preferred store. Make sure you know what you need, and if its the right part to save you a return trip.

I like this auto parts store. I go here even though there are other stores closer to my home. I go here instead because they are friendly, knowledgeable and they dont rush you and because they price match.

This store really is not my favorite at all lol no matter what I need to get, when I go to advance auto parts, they never have anything I go there for. The workers are slow and they dont even help you with the questions you ask them. I dont recommend anyone to go there.

I have a commercial shop and called in on the regular line. My call was answered very quickly and with a very friendly tone. I had asked to speak with a specific person (us commercial guys get comfortable with one specific salesman) and the young man on the line informed me that he was busy with another customer and offered me to either call back in a few minutes or just hold. I stayed on the line patiently for about 8 minutes and had at least 3 separate employees answer the phone to make sure I had been taken care of properly.I canrt say how much this level of exemplary customer service means to a garage as we have quite a bit going on and being left on hold and forgotten about is the last thing we need.I want to give a huge thank you to Sam and his team for being so attentive and exhibiting such stellar customer service.

They were good @ helping me get the right oil for my high milage ride.

Im not even going to lie Advance Auto Parts is not as great to not as knowledgeable as AutoZone and its like they just dont give a hoot about the customer theyre there for the money and the money only and the prices are not as great as AutoZone either Im going to be a die-hard Auto Zone fan to the day I die sorry Vance Auto Parts step your game up do more for the customer have more selections and better prices the prices are way too high I dont like Advance Auto Parts I would never ever ever go to Advance Auto Parts ever again I only stopped in just because I want to see a comparison between the prices of AutoZone and Advance Auto Parts Advance Auto Parts sucks always go to AutoZone if you want the best prices and you wont great friendly customer service and people who know what theyre talkin about

Staff seems to have lost some of the knowledge they had years ago. Its hit or miss. Seems they are currently remodeling the store, so its a bit messy and in disarray.
