Everyone here has always been nice to me. I understand that sometimes they have long lines and it takes a little patience. I have been able to get the money that I need to pay my bills quite a few times and Manny helped me get my attitude together once when I jumped the gun. He helped to get my laptop back by putting it on layaway once I calmed down and explained that it had been pulled but not sold.

Bought a laptop from them and within two months the computer crashed and will no longer turn on. Tried to take back to store and they stated they can not do anything when the problem with the laptop is due to problems the computer already had. Extremely unprofessional. I advise no one buys the items from here. Extremely over priced for cheap equipment that breaks down.

The mfs never answer the phone 😠 😤 why TF do you have a phone?! They also give you no information about things they should know about! How are a sales men/woman and not know what the cost will be or bought for? Bad service

If I could give it a zero I would my husband put a ring on layaway for our 1 year wedding anniversary but we decided to go sky diving instead and he wasn’t told that when you put someone on lawaway you can’t take it off and eat your money back so he can’t get any of his money back, which other cash lands have been known to take a shelf fee and give you the rest back but these people are crooks

The manager Marissa was rude and kurt, she wasnt even the rep servicing me but kept chiming in. She even went as far to asking me why am I trying to pawn the item I had. Very dissatisfied, I didnt even do business with them. Customer service is not a priority at this location.

I called before I came told them what kind of t.v it was they gave me a price then once I got there the whole price change then they act like they couldnt take it .... Complete waste of my time
